"Good location just out of town but served by free shuttle bus to the metro station then a 4 stop ride to the centre. Good facilities and friendly staff."

"Building was over 100 years old and unique. We felt it could have done with a small bar area where residents could relax. We felt that it needed a room where residents could shower and change before returning home as we had to vacate our room at 11.00am but we were going to the airport at 7.30pm and had to use the wc to wash and change after being out during the day."

"It was charming. The courtyards were beautiful and the rooftop was great. It was fun learning how to move around on the property as it can get a little confusing, but the staff is very helpful and nice. My room was spacious and clean for the most part when arrived. The one thing that disappointed me was the bathtub plug did not fit into the drain, so I couldn't fill it and use the jets. The majority of what I wanted to do and see was in walking distance from the hotel. Great stay!"

"The check-in was easy and the staff has been great. Also, the room was clean and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located to public transportation, which made it easy to visit Plaza de España y el Centro. The only minor thing, on the last day of our stay (Monday after the first weekend of La Feria) we went to get breakfast right after they opened at 7:30, and all the food that was supposed to be hot was cold. We asked the staff if they could warm up our plates, which they did. But they did not seem too concern about the food being cold, even after we told them. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again."
