Friendly staff and comfortable room

Didn't get a chance to use the facilities however would definitely stay there again.

Noisy hotel

I can't recommend this hotel to stay on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, because always wedding or other party in this hotel and very very noisy since 6 a.m. until late. In the bathroom i saw cockroaches. It's good hotel, but not good management.

Beautiful hotel

Had a great time with family. Booked 4 rooms. Breakfast buffet is awesome! Beautuful pool and garden and bulding. Had a free horse ride for kids. Took alot of beautiful pictures.

enjoyable stay

Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful, excellent services. Kids enjoyed playing at the pool. Hotel located in the city but only 40 minutes from the Juanda Airport or 15 minutes from Gubeng Train Station by taxi.

Why stay anywhere else in Surabaya?

Erratic wifi apart, for the price, best hotel I've stayed at. Free pool, free gym, free sauna, free breakfast, free shuttle to Gold City mall, massive room, spotlessly clean and friendly English speaking staff and all this in the middle of a local everyday life neighbourhood.

Great services that worth every penny

The hotel provide well trained staff on customer service. They are so friendly and helpful that make my stay so enjoyable. The room are so spacious and clean. The most important pint is that the cost is so reasonable and worth every penny. Strongly recommended to fellow travelers.

Nightmare in the morning!

We feel cheated when we booked the hotel for two nights. We did not get our breakfast. It was a terrible nightmare for us with one lil kid that we had to go out far away since there is no resto at the neighbourhood. We hope next time it should be mentioned clearly that there is no breakfast for the hotel booking.
