"The room we stayed appeared to be newly renovated (South Tower). It was nice and clean with great views to the ocean and city views. The location of the hotel is great away from the busy Surfers Paradise area. The tram is not far and easy to catch. The only downfall to the hotel is the car park, there are very limited spots and it’s based in first in basis. I am hoping that the hotel is in the process of renovating all rooms. I would definitely stay here for the price. "
