“Mosquitoes were so bad that you couldn't enjoy the outside or walk down the street. Most of the ditches in the area had standing water in them. The beach that was in walking distance was very dirty”

“Ben and Michael were always available to answer our questions and even let us know things we might enjoy during our stay. The property is a gem on Surfside. The beach so near and you can’t beat the calming sounds of the waves and the sounds of nature. The morning walks while the sun rising against the crashing waves so very therapeutic. The beds so comfortable and blankets so soft and clean. We got the much needed rest and sleep now we are fully charged. Definitely both front and back balconies……

You can see the beach from the enclosed porch, the deck is the perfect place to relax, and the sand play area underneath was such a fun bonus for the kids.What really made our stay special, though, was the incredible host. She was so kind, responsive, and accommodating to our family from start to finish. You can tell this home was thoughtfully designed with families in mind. There were toys, books, and so……

“The house is within walking distance of the beach. One of the rooms had a dirty sheet, trash not emptied in one of the bathrooms, and the hallway could use some mopping.”

“It is a very nice 3 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable. It is back from the ocean but you can see it in the far distance. If there is no traffic then you can hear the ocean. We would stay again.”
