“Excellent location (right across the street from the beach). There were chairs and umbrellas to use and enjoy at the beach. The warm pool area on-site was so relaxing. Free parking was easy in - easy out. The little apartment was exactly what I expected and was pleased with the cleanliness of the entire facility. The managers were excellent and extremely professional and helpful. Will definitely book here again! ”

“The design is modern, clean, and thoughtfully done, creating a calm, elevated atmosphere throughout the property. The staff are exceptional — genuinely warm, attentive, and consistently helpful. The location is extremely convenient. It’s just a couple of blocks from the beach, with complimentary beach towels, loungers, and umbrellas included, which is a major value. The beachfront boardwalk/walking path makes it easy to walk to Bal Harbour and Fontainebleau, and having both Walgreens and CVS……

“Kitchen room was large with 1 bed and large closet. Double rooms looked a little tight. Just a few minutes walk to beach across 1 main road but has crossing lights. A pile of breach chairs and umbrellas were in the corner near the pool and free to use. Paved parking is available on front and side of hotel. More spaces in dirt on back side across alley. They say they will always find a place for you to park but seems like it could be tough if hotel was full. Free street parking 11pm-8am close……

“Regret for joining the shuttle to sawgrass outlet. The shuttle service was highly recommended by the hotel staff (I don’t know if they have any relation!) It took me so much extra time to travel (as the bus had many pickups). Room is spacious and comfortable. But had a very strange odour. ”
