Comodissima sistemazione vicino all'aeroporto.

Posted Aug 25, 2015
Pros: Camere molto spaziose, con vasca da bagno, connessione wifi molto buona. La navetta con l'aeroporto è molto comoda.
Ero di passaggio, mi serviva una sistemazione per una notte in prossimità dell'aeroporto di Gatwick.

Ok Hotel

Posted Aug 19, 2015
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Needs some updating
Location: There is nothing.... situated away from the airport
The only difficultly was getting the bus to the hotel from Gatwick Airport. It's not listed on the list hotels serviced by the shuttle buses at the Gatwick airport bus stop. Nor was the hotel staff reachable via phone... just got an unavailable message.

Close to Gatwick airport

Posted Aug 16, 2015
Hotel close to Gatwick airport with shuttle that runs every 10 mins. Rooms out-dated but clean. Had to leave room to order room-service, pizza looked store bought, then we got charged a tray fee! Suited our purposes as we had an early flight, but bring your own food!

Only for the location

Posted Aug 10, 2015
The hotel is worn out, so is the room. The staff was not brilliant. The bunk bed for the boys was a cool set up. I would only recommend it to anyone who needs to be at the airport at an obscenely early hour.

Adequate, piped music was awful and TV screens in the bar not required by me.

Basic, Clean , Excellent Value

Posted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: Excellent value, clean and functional.
Cons: Entrance not clearly signed from the roundabout...hard to find. Also several other hotels in town have similar names, which led to some confusion.
Location: This is within a few minutes walking distance to Gatwick airport (via a footpath in the woods).
We were on a walking trip with several friends, and just needed a place to sleep at our midpoint. We received an excellent value for a 5 bed room. Facilities were basic, but clean and functional, just as we needed! There was some initial trouble with our keycard, and a bit of a wait at reception, but once it was our turn, our needs were quickly dealt with in a courteous manner.

Excellent economy hotel for families

Posted Jul 21, 2015
Pros: It doesn't look much from the outside, but inside it is very nice and bathrooms in room are really nice and children loved the bunk-beds!
Cons: Heating system.
Location: Several garages nearby so provisions could be bought, plus airport is within easy reach by bus/taxi.
Absolutely no problems other than the air conditioning wasn't working properly and as it was a hot evening (we have 2 young children aged 3 and 5) it proved difficult to sleep.

A/C stopped working, bath tub & sink blocked.

Posted Jul 14, 2015
Receptionist rude. Cleaning staff very helpful. We were 50 minutes early for check in, but we were told to go away and come back at check in time even though the room was ready. I told the receptionist of problems with our sink and shower. She showed no interest or offered an apology. We would never use this hotel again.

Pros: restaurant/bar
Cons: make sure air conditioning works
Location: terrible location very busy round a bout with non stop noise
Air conditioning did not work and was very hot so had to open windows. The hotel is situated on a very busy noisey roundabout and needless to say I had a very sleepless night! The restaurant was the only saving grace with lovely staff and very nice food. But i would not stay here again due to the noise of the traffic and a sleepless night before travelling to North America.

Pros: The staff was helpful and the bar area upstairs was quite large.
Cons: The windows should open, and we also had trouble getting our shower to work. These things should be checked in each room.
Location: Location was close to the airport, and an easy walk to a lovely old pub.
We stayed only one night and were leaving the next morning, early. We chose to walk to a pub instead of staying in the hotel to eat, but did come back for an evening drink. The staff were very helpful with directions. Also, our wake up call was right on time, and we caught the shuttle to the airport. Only disappointing thing is that we were not able to open our window and have fresh air while sleeping. With air conditioning room was still too warm. Otherwise, we got value for what we paid. Not fancy, but certainly suited the purpose.
