Clean, new hotel. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was better than expected. Overall a good budget hotel. Area around hotel has lots of restaurants and a Safeway.

Building looks good from the outside...we have stayed in many BW hotels on this trip and in the past but this location offered minimum service. all day and all night all you could hear was doors slamming and hallway conversation....the space under the door was at least 1 inch...all noise amplified ...AC/heater not working and loud ...

We booked this hotel for the pool as we are traveling with children. At check in there was no mention of the pool being refilled and out of commission. We made due with the hot tub and sauna. As for cleanliness, when I crawled into bed my pillow was clearly not changed. There was mascara and makeup all over the back of it.

We have stayed at this property 3 times as it is close to our Son & 2 small grandchildren...this stay was the worst! we were on the 1st floor but for 5 nights the people above us partied until after midnight with doors closing & kids running around in the room so it is very poorly insulated for sound!!! Sadly we have noticed that the property is getting rundown over the last yr of staying there... as this stay the hair dryer didn't work & the shower tap doesn't stop work properly... the ice machine was broken ...the hot tub was out of order the very small pool had swimming lessons from early morning until late afternoon so we are only allowed to use 1/2 the pool :( So over all... for over $200/night with all the extra tax & fees & homeless people in the parking lot... it's not worth the Money! From now on we will stay at a hotel with a full pool for the kids & better amenities that all work! very disappointed!!

Room needs updating. Linens are spartan, not much selection on TV, shower needs a handheld wand, bottled water for coffee machine would be nice. Breakfast was better than expected and the breakfast room itself was nice. The Sauna ceiling is caving in, the hot tub was out of service, the rinsing shower by the pool didn't work but the pool was nice. All in all a little disappointed.

Excellent staff, clean rooms. The pool was not very clean and the hot tub not very hot. Also, it would be nice to have an adult only time as it was super noisy with all the kids even at 9 at night. Biggest complaint is I travel with a small dog and every time I stay I get the same room and every time it sounds like a herd of elephant are in the room upstairs.

i have booked highest room category of king with jetted tub, everything was going well but suddenly in the morning at 5 a very wierd sound started coming in the washroom. After every 10 minutes very frequently and it stayed till the time we check out. The staff has allowed me for 1 hour late check out but it didn't work. I hope they will fix that soon.
