We chose the cable cars to get there which was a fantastic way of exploring the area from above, but the hotel’s shuttle was super convenient for our departure. "

"Hotel provides a shuttle to many popular attractions in the area as well as the train station. It’s a blue shuttle if you are looking for it at the train station. The station is about a 10-15 minute walk if you choose to not use the shuttle. Convenient and super high tech shop in the hotel to purchase food, drinks and several souvenirs. The breakfast was one of the best we had during our travels in Japan. Such an incredible variety. Hotel rooms included slippers and pajamas. Hotel included visits to the onsen which was the perfect way to relax after a long day of travel. Super helpful and understanding staff! "

"Great place the complimentary amenities were amazing but grab them whilst you can otherwise you won’t be able to take them. It had bath salt and facial masks. We drove the bed was spacious and I had the view of mt Fuji. I would however find it hard if walking as I could see people tiredly pushing their luggage up a little hill. The breakfast like others said are simple but I liked it. Nice and clean great English with the staff. Loved it thank you "

"Lovely hotel, rooms and views. Very accommodating, for a price. Comparatively expensive for the other places we stayed in Japan, but they were excellent. Designed to be a resort, it is unnecessary to leave the property but they made everything in the area very easy to access. Common area and restaurants were very pleasant spaces to relax. "
