This is the second time staying here and we have been pleased by this property. Room and property are clean. The rooms are a nice size and are up to date. It is close to downtown Newtown. Very enjoyable stay both times.

This was the second time I have stayed here in Newton. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The rooms met my needs. I appreciate the coat hooks on the wall to hang my coat and car keys lanyard. The breakfast was great. Will always choose this hotel when traveling in the Newton area!!

This was our 3rd stay.at this location. The hotel has not lessened the quality ofvthe stay. The only negative was our location by the stairsway so we heard everyone who used the stairs.

My wife had surgery at the Newtown Hospital. Check-in was not until 3pm. I asked them if there was a room available for my wife around 11am. They were so understanding and gave us early check-in free of charge. The suite was super clean and comfortable. The front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us. I don’t usually leave reviews. However, I feel like their management needs to know how satisfied we are with their staff top notch service.

The only con to this property was that as soon as we walked into the room there was a really bad funky/ moldy smell. Everything else was good. Clean property and friendly service. We stayed here for a wedding so we didn’t spend a lot of time on the property

Desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and modern. The shower was large with several large surface areas to set toiletries. The breakfast area was nice. The business area has both Apple and Windows computers and a printer.

Noise from drunks in the room upstairs at 1:30 in the morning. Otherwise the place was great.
