At checkin my family and I were greeted by a polite wonderful gentleman who gave the kids some arts and crafts presents which kids really liked. He answered all questions we had and was very helpful especially in organising the cot bed for my 3y.o. daughter which was free of charge. The room was reasonably clean, we had clean towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper available. Bed sheets clean straight and white (no stains and smelled fresh), we had tea and coffee available in room but we didn’t use it, we had iron, iron board, hair dryer available which we didn’t hope we would. There was some road noise audible at night when sleeping and the room was kinda cold during night as I couldn’t get the aircon to work and warmup the room. Swimming pool was available until 21:00 (last entry 20:30) and the shopping street restaurants were within walk distance as well as the rail station. Breakfast buffet was free for kids and for 2 adults they charged £20, so very good value for money, food fresh, tasty and plenty to choose from, plenty of refreshments and fruits to choose from as well. Both kitchen and hotel were kind, respectful and helpful. Parking was £12 for 24 hours and you can prolong it via your phone using the parking code for as long as you need. All in all was a wonderful experience. We almost felt at home there.
