This Hotel is close to the airport for layovers..

Pros: Love the restaurant and the closeness to the airport as I was only there on a stop over. rooms are clean and plenty of hot water. Quite and clean
Cons: Night staff supervision. I could have missed my flight to the US if I trusted hotels to wake me up
Location: 7-eleven at the corners and taxis not far away
The day staff is great but as soon as a manager goes home things went downhill. I had a 00:00 wakeup call and a 1:00 am schedule ride to the airport. I called at 00:10 to have my bags picked up and by 00.40 no bag pickup or wakeup call. I took my own bags down and the staff consisted of 4 people 2 guys and 2 gals. One guy was charging his phone or playing games and the other guy was at the desk flirting with the girls. Asked about the wakeup call and the bag pickup and got the Oh I sorry answer. The restaurant on the other hand couldn't be nicer... friendly staff and they are right there when you need them. The food was great. I had guest over for supper and it was a pleasure.

Close to Airport

Pros: Location to airport and the transportation
Cons: Night Staff
Location: Didn't do much. visited a Mall close by that was really nice and had a good resturant in it
I was there just to get rid of Jet Lag before I proceed on with my trip

Close to the airport, clean, comfortable.

Pros: Inexpensive, clean, close to the airport. Food in the restaurant was good.
Cons: The hotel decorations are a little bit dated.
Location: The van to the airport runs 24/7, but only on the hour. Would be better if you could schedule the van on demand to more closely match flight times.
We used this hotel as a get away, because our flight was leaving at 4:15am. The room was clean. The bed was ok, but very firm. The AC worked great! Ate at the restaurant, which was very good, and had some drinks. Overall, the pricing was very reasonable. The business center left a lot to be desired, and the internet connection was very slow. No printer was available to print boarding passes, or maps or any other documents.

One night stay

Pros: Comfortable hotel. The rooms are large and food was nice.
Cons: Better ventilation, respond to guests calls
Location: I didn't go out, just stayed a few hours
Comfortable hotel. The rooms are large and food was nice. The room had a bit of a smoke smell in my opinion, and although I asked the staff they never came to check.

Good For Short Stay

The hotel is located near the airport and they offer a free shuttle leaving every hour. Nothing fancy about the hotel but it is fine as a place to stay before or after a long flight. My room was clean and in good condition. I didn't have any problems with anything in the room. I had a nice dinner at the restaurant and the buffet breakfast is ok. I would recommend for a short stay.

1 night is enough

Everything there is very old and need to be maintained. I was happy to leave there and i cannot believe that this resort have 4 Stars...the breakfast was a nightmare and very basic...

Wonderful stay!!

We stayed for about 6 hours so we could shower and get some rest before our connecting flight. After having been in Laos for a week, this hotel was wonderful. You really don't appreciate hot water, comfortable beds and a full shower until you've been in a 3rd world country. Our short stay was wonderful. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. I will stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok.

Very disappointed stay, not as advertised

When booking the room it gave me an option of smoking or non-smoking and i chose smoking only to get there and find out the entire hotel was non-smoking. The staff was not helpful and didn't seem to know that they even had a bar in their hotel. When checking out we arrived at the desk 25 minutes early so we could catch the shuttle bus to the airport. We reported in and then went to eat breakfeast right quick only to see the shuttle bus leave 10 minutes early. When i went to the back to the desk to inquire about the shuttle bus there was no one at the desk and some of the staff from the resturant which was a mere 10 meters away even tried to help find the front desk help. I was informed when they did show back up that yes the shuttle bus left early but thzt was ok because they had another one in an hour. I had to rent a taxi to get to the airport. The breakfast was a buffet style breakfast the problem was all the dishes were vertually empty.
