For the prices they charged you would expect better breakfast and drink machine throughout the day. No DVD players in the room. Not enough roll away beds, room carts. Staff was great but the hotel is ok if you can't find another

Typical Holiday Inn room with the basics, very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with plenty of offerings. We arrived at midnight and area was safe and well lit. Only problem encountered was the hotel DOES NOT accept pets and we had booked at this Holiday Inn based on Hotels.com recommendation as a pet friendly facility. Charles, the night clerk, was very professional and accommodating and due to the late hour and having paid for the room, allowed us to stay with our two Pugs. Kudos to Charles as we were exhausted after being on the road for two days and it would have been a royal pain to find other pet friendly accommodations in the Johns Creek area. Would recommend this Holiday Inn for families, couples, and business travelers.

We booked two rooms, separate floors. Both were musty smelling and the ac didn't seem to reduce the humidity
