The rooms were dated but clean, bathroom amenities are refillables which aren’t hygienic hotel only has one handicapped accessible room with one king bed for the ENTIRE PROPERTY not leaving room for handicapped persons with care aides or nurses. Not all staff (most) do not speak or understand English so communication is sometimes hard. Housekeeping doesn’t come daily and when attempting to remove food garbage from your room guests are told to take it outside versus being provided garbage cans or trash pickup when requesting. Breakfast offerings are great and bed linens are clean and bed comfortable. Great for an overnight stay only.

The first day that I checked in, I was given a room with a defected window. The blind on the window was not closing and the bar in the closet was low. I couldn't hang my clothes. I couldn't sleep that night because of the brightnrsd in the room. The defected window was reported to the staff as soon I checked in. He told me to check the swish on the side of the window, this was not working. Around 1030 pm, I called him back to let him know that the room was to bright and I can't sleep, that is when he asked me if I would like to change the room. In the morning I again reported the defected window to the manager and thia when I found out that they were aware that this room was not functional. Why do they gave me this room in the first place, I don't know. I changed romm on day 3. A day before my check out my receipt was left under the door while reviewing my receipt I found out that they charged me more for the new room. I spoke with the manager about overcharging me when I changed the room on day 2 of my stay, the manager apologized and took my information and told me he will either call or email me. I haven't heard from them on day 4 after I checked out. So I gave them a call. Again the receptionist apologized and told me that someone will call or email me after the price adjustment is made. Still haven't heard from them 3 days after my call.

Great people are working here. Everyone from checking us in to cleaning at the hotel were insanely kind to us. Check in was quick at night. Breakfast was great and had a lot of options. Please do not increase the price of this very reasonable hotel.

The bathroom vent is full of desk. The smoke detector is hanging from the wall. Not sure if it works. But, great location and it is clean and safe.

This was by far the best breakfast from a chain hotel that I've had. Kudos to the cook for the egg whites omelettes. They were delicious.

Everything was great except at one point I asked about coffee in the lobby since I had work to do, and the front desk attendant said she did not know how fresh it was. Instead of offering to make a fresh pot, she suggested that I warm it up in the microwave in my room. While that might sound practical to some extent, that is not the type of service I was expecting. Everything else was fantastic.

I love the fact that the hotel has the 500 points if you don’t get your room cleaned. There were plenty of towels and cloths that we didn’t need it. Our room was beautifully cleaned when we checked in. I would suggest putting a container in the rooms for recyclables. I have to say it was a wonderful stay and look forward to my next one.

Never again!
The toilet seat was very loose. The towel rack was coming off the wall and the AC was not working properly. When I reported all of this I was not even offered another room for these things to be corrected. The attendent at the first desk Michael Canlas had a non chantant attitude about the matter and didn't offer any alternatives. He put in his report, I was unhappy with the toilet and not that the toilet was actually broken.
