“Really nice and comfy, had everything we needed. Thank you!”

“Lovely property with an apartment that has lots of extras. Shampoo, conditioner, coffee maker...even bottled water and some vodka seltzers. Owner was very responsive and communication was excellent. Pet deer, dog, and cat were super friendly! Relaxing visit. We were the first people to stay after the hurricane in the fall. Washer and dryer had been damaged and have not been replaced yet. If you need those facilities, make sure they are installed before you book.”

“Shocked that this was called renovated. Rust inside microwave, stove, coffee pot, etc. Dried food inside stove. Mold on a/c unit. Remotes without batteries. No instructions for fans, remotes, etc. Rips in porch screens. Screen door mechanism off laying on the sill. Dock has had no maintenance. No bulb in light and top missing with critters living inside. Sink doesn’t work and drain completely clogged with debris. Beds were great. Bedding clean and comfortable. Floor and bathroom was clean. Very……

“The hosts at this property were excellent; very friendly and accommodating, very responsive to all communications and willing to provide any requested items (like larger coffee mugs, a can opener) and were appreciative of any suggestions we had to make their property more user friendly. Also, we don’t eat out very often and while we had packed a few essentials (seasonings, a good sharp knife, electric frying pan), most……

“Very clean condo and it was close to the main street and a very quiet area”

“We appreciated the closeness to town and view of the park and beach. Host staff was friendly and helpful. The condo room floors may have been swept, but needed a thorough mop. Walking across it in bare feet, they became dirty. Same with the entry and beside rugs which needed washing as testified by a touch to them. The town is interesting, but too many love bugs, etc. this time of year. The golf cart tour we arranged for Cedar Key was a highlight.”
