From the front desk and beyond into this hotel is 4 stars. Its their parking that is horrendous, we had to walk over a quarter mile to park. They send me an email around one week before I'm reserved to be there, informing me that there is issues with having on-site parking. I arrive to see their parking garage is in ruins and probably has been for years, completely unusable. Had they offered this information upfront, rather than waiting, I'd be giving them 5 stars right now.

Functional business hotel
Business-style hotel; it is functional, clean, stylist. Staff were friendly. The toilet had a little bit of a stale smell but hot water and water pressure was good.

Nice hotel, unacceptable car park
This was a nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff and a comfortable room. I was expecting a bit more from the view on the 10th floor and overall I don’t feel I got my money’s worth. The room, I believe, was overpriced but it was acceptable. The thing that put me off, was the car park - it was cold, damp, dirty, doesn’t have a warm connection to the hotel and it costs €18 per day. The car park is the reason I will be going to a different hotel next time I’m in Augsburg.

Hotel staff was lovely. We were so grateful that after a 23 hour travel time we were able to check right into our room when we arrived at noon. Hotel was VERY quiet and we slept like the dead. Nice blackout curtains. Our bed was extra firm, which made us wake up sore. But the hotel was charming. Every room has a balcony. Its just not situated within walking distance to much. There is a nice park next door. Parking is 18 euro, but there is lots of free street parking if you are willing to walk a block or two. Staff was nice and helpful.

Love this property with two exceptions. The biggest problem is the fact that the Air Conditioning is definitely not to American standards. All it seemed to do was act as a fan. It wasn't too hot while we were there so we just left our balcony door open to sleep. There are only two pillows that are Very flat so if you want a good pillow you either need to bring it or buy one.

.Location was important First night there was no hot water in the pipes or shower. Next morning, no hot water. Third morning discovered if you ran the pipes for about 15 minutes the water may become tepid. Didn't really want to take a cold shower in winter as not a member of the polar bear club.

Reliable Business Hotel
Stayed here a few times for work in Augsburg and it's always fine. The beds could be more comfortable and the rooms need firmer pillows as even sleeping with 2 stacked on top of each other I was still basically just sleeping on the bed itself. Nice breakfast and super convenient location so I will stay here again.

Hotel parking garage Is in major disrepair with an entire level barricaded. Parking is disconnected from the hotel and every time you want to leave you have to get a pass from the front desk. The staff was friendly but the parking fees the breakfast fees in the room service is outrageously overpriced. My room has a window that was not functioning and closing completely apparently allowing beetles to nest in the heater. When I attempted to turn the heat on the room filled with beetles. I was told there’s no available rooms and they would attempt to vacuum them from my room and vacuum more each day of my stay. They could not re-locate me. They offered me a free breakfast the next day has a consultation. It sounds cheap until you see there meal prices. I requested a refund they said it was not possible and if it was not for Expedia intervening I would have not received a refund and I would’ve been stuck either in a room with insects falling on me from the ceiling or sleeping in my car. I lived in Germany before and these prices are not typical and cleanliness in Bavaria is normally a staple be very cautious when booking in this hotel and make sure you use a third-party so you have leverage on their management. I ended up with a hotel that was 20 km further away but because it was on the highway I got to my destination each day quicker than being in this hotel located in the city.
