Loved the use of the pool 😊 although the rooms are a little dated

Efficient and pleasent staff, always welcoming and friendly. Clean, spacious room. Great location next to shopping and food options.

Great location and prices. Staff were really nice however Security in the evening when coming home were quite rude asking us our names to check which room we were as they had a list in their hands. We gave them all information and they still acted suspicious of us and made us feel like we had done something wrong and we shouldnt be there. Understand security is in place for a reason but a level of politeness should still be obtains especially as we are paying customers.

Dear Siobhan, Thank you for leaving us a review in regards to your stay with us. I am glad that overall you enjoyed your stay with us but disappointed in the experience you had when returning from the hotel - of course we have security on weekends to make sure noise levels are kept to a minimum and only registered guests are allowed up to the rooms. I will speak to the security company to make sure they are aware of the levels of service we expect. I hope this does not put you off returning to us and we look forward to seeing you again soon. The hotel is ok, the rooms are a bit tired but the fitness centre is a big plus.
