Over all the stay was great. The lady at the front desk was wonderful, she even sheared a great place to eat for my kids at Pizza Inn. Breakfast was ok. They definitely were not prepared for the amount of guests to feed. They ran out of biscuits, for biscuits and gravy. We had to wait around for awhile for more eggs, potatoes and milk. Then when they brought it out, it was only enough for two people to get food. The woman cooking was great. She was trying and very polite. Over all very pleased with the stay.

No sofabed sheets or blanket available in room, had to be taken to the room, bathroom was rusty and toilet paper was used, no criba available

You will have to call down for extra linen. Some use the sofa bed with their own linen, or some come down and ask upon arrival. As for rusty parts in the bathroom, we work on and treat those spots every day. We're in the process of getting new tubs/toilets as well! However, we do not have cribs at our property. What we do have, are play pins. If there's any case where something in the room looks used, or you're iffy about, come down to the front desk and we'd be more than happy to get you in a new comfortable room. This is a decent hotel and great value for the Expedia price. The staff is wonderful and breakfast is good with pretty full fare. If you have to layover in Snyder it’s the best value for the money.

A great place to spend the night. Very nice indoor pool and hot tub. Friendly, professional staff. Dining close by and delivery available.

We had a ball of dirty napkins on the floor of our room, no tissues in the tissue box, some hairs in the bed, and 2 conditioner bottles and no shampoo. The light from the sign next to the hotel was very intense, so even though we closed the blackout curtains as much as we could, there was bright light coming through the cracks. And unfortunately, guests who brought their dogs didn’t pick up their poop because it was all over the perimeter of the hotel. I also felt like the breakfast was not very eco-friendly with the amount of packaging, styrofoam and plastic used. Other than that, the room was clean and on the positive side, breakfast had a lot of variety.

The television in my room would not turn on and when I consulted the front desk they have a solution or maintenance person to fix it. All they offered was a change of rooms.

However, all we can do is mess with the connections attached, or get you moved to a new room with a working tv as soon as possible. The cleanliness of the entire place was poor. Our room had stains on the curtains and the bed skirt. The carpets were stained and dirty. The TV didn’t work. The smell was horrible. Breakfast was served everything morning but there were flies all over the biscuits and gravy. The pool was freezing and dirty. The elevator was super slow so we took the stairs and they had not been vacuumed in a while. We asked for extra pillows and were told they had none. Would not stay here again.

We reserved two rooms. Deluxe queens. They were just a little bit larger than a regular queen room. When we walked in there were visible urine spots everywhere all over the floor!! It smelled so awful. We switched rooms but only got a regular queen for the deluxe price. It was just very unclean and I will never stay here again!!

The bed was so comfortable! Slept very well after a long day of driving! No extra charge for my service dog but I did have to show his therapy dog license. The breakfast was a very plesant full breakfast.

Front Desk morning attendant had an excellent customer service etiquette. Night attendant had none. Had to request a clean bedsheet for the sofa bed because it was dirty. Requested a blanket for that bed and was told they had none, and was given extra bed sheets. The bath tub clogged while taking a shower and it was rusted. The large towels are small size. Did not like the stay at all.

We did not like that the check in lady was not professional. Also, we chose this hotel thinking it was going to feel like home. We stayed the night because of a wedding we were attending and thanks to a non working air conditioner we sweated the whole 2 hrs we had to get ready for a very important day. Coming back to our room 203 we didn’t enjoy the stay because we sweated all night!!! We liked the breakfast but that’s about all that was liked!!

My husband, daughter and I attempted to stay at this property. However, once we checked in and arrived to our room our bathroom trash had a spit in it and our toilet seat was dirty and had pubic hair on it. We reported this to staff and they were very nice and apologetic of the situation and gave us a new room. When we got to our new room I inspected the room and restroom and found toe nail clippings in the shower and hair on the shower wall. At this point I was fed up and we decided to leave and got a different hotel all together.
