Unwelcoming staff member and unclean facilities

The first night we walked in, we were greeted by a very friendly young lady who had just started there. She was very polite. We'd been traveling all day from west Texas and were parched. She had no problem giving us a water as we arrived. We then received our room keys and proceeded to our room. I noticed immediately when I got to the bathroom that the toilet seemed to be stained and looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The water pressure at the sink was barely coming out so I decided that I'd change and go workout in the gym. Well, there was no air conditioning in the gym and it was extremely muggy. I went to bed. Went to check out the next morning and asked for a water bottle and was told by Cynthia that she couldn't give me any water and that I'd have to pay if I wanted one. Over the course of the past month, I've stayed at Hilton more than 7 times and never had someone get stingy over a water bottle. I told her that I'd been given water bottles all week and she snapped back, well I'm sorry that we have been giving them to you. At over $120 a night, I think this kind of service isn't right. After asking about the charges for the water, I kept getting glares from Cynthia. Maybe she was having a bad day, I'm not sure. I just couldnt walk away from that experience able to recommend this hotel to anyone else.

Nice place to stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet plus easy access to main highways. Breakfast was ready for an early start to the day. Only problem was my inability to use the TV remote control -- not the hotel's fault.

An unrestful stay

The staff was very nice and willing to accommodate. However, upon arrival it seems that one of the two reserved rooms had become unavailable and the clerk had to search for an extended amount of time to locate an available room. The beds were very uncomfortable and none of the people in our party were able to get a restful few hours of sleep

Breakfast lacking

The breakfast was terrible! No coffee, cold food, broken/dirty appliances, poor service and SLOW response from the staff. Rooms were nice and clean though.
