Only reason we stayed was because it was pet frien

Hotel itself was dirty and run down ,only reason we stayed was because pets stay free

There was no toilet paper, shampoo, or conditioner in the room.

Cold water

Pool was cute but for an indoor pool was cold. Room was decent for price. Would stay again if in the area.

Great place to stay!

We showed up late but they already had our reservation ready to go when we arrived. The room was nice and so was the amenities. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Slept like a baby. Got up in the morning and went to the Lost Sea Adventure!

Very noisy, busy at all hours

I had a room facing the driveway and there was traffic all night which meant my dogs barked all night

Very nasty rooms.

We didn't stay the room was so bad. Booked here only because all area hotels were sold out and the online pictures didn't look bad. Those pictures have to be from 20 years ago. Thanks to hotels.com for refunding our money since we couldn't stay in that room. Bloody finger prints on the wall in bathroom. Just gross!

I wasn't able to book the 2 rooms I needed using the app so I had to call for reservations.
