Its absolutely beautiful and worth the splurge for a Dead Sea experience. They have it set up reallt nicely. Many pools. They had a kids pool as well.

The property is nice but the security people in the hotel are terrible and aggressive and their security system is very primitive as if you are going into police station in a third world country they don’t have any common sense. And if you invite a guest into the lobby you have to pay an entry fee to see your guest. I have never seen this anywhere in the world so primitive. It used to be one of my favorite facilities, but not anymore.

Great stay
Had a great night stay in this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and the resort is really nice. We were in the main building but the lodges further away looked really nice too. The pools were very nice and the access to the dead see the obvious main plus. We also had a very good breakfast in the hotel and a meal in the grill restaurant in the evening. Shame we only had one night! Would stay again if in Jordan.

The architecture of hotel is beautiful with nice green park and beach. In spite of the fact that the hotel was empty they gave us lousy room classified as superior that smelled of cigarettes. Lunch at the beach was pitiful like a fast food or worse. At 12:05 noon they called us to remind about check out as if they could not wait to kick us out.

Can be improved. The room is a bit rundown and the bathroom/toilet is smelly too. The corridor outside is always wet. The mug in my room was broken, how come the housekeeping doesnt check prior? So stingy with drinking bottle too, only 1 provided in the room and the extra will be chargeable. Also the Grill restaurant didn’t provide room charging- insist to pay using card or cash, very inconvenient and strange! Please improve! Thanks

Amazing resort hotel, it has everything you could possible want/need here, we are just sad we couldn't stay longer. The dining options are amazing, the food we had during the whole stay from breakfast through to dinner was simply delicious. There was sooo much choice for breakfast and I can't recommend Chopstick and The Grill enough. Love that there is an adults-only breakfast room and pool too.

The resort is in the perfect location just right by Dead Sea with a private beach surrounded by pools. The spa is the best and the largest in all area. The treatments are amazing, absolutely worth it to try. Guest relation manager: Rawan fakhouri was super helpful with any questions we got. Absolutely highly recommended to stay there to have the best time for your stay.

This property is very well maintained. The services are incredible. The buffet is far above what I have seen in my travels all over the world. The quality of the food. Excellent experience. Everyone especially Wajed was excellent. She helped us with checking in , gave us an upgrade and was overall so considerate about tips to enjoy the resort. I wish breakfast had more veg options and also the seating wasnt so far from the serving area. I also wish they told us in advance that drinking water was not complimentary at resort. Thankfully we carried our own water and had an excellent time. Dead sea is lovely. Much recommended

Great location, and great layout. Didn’t try the spa, so can’t comment but the options available are great. The map doesn’t make much sense, for walking about and there was only one way to walk back to our sea view room (in Wadi Rum) but which wasn’t marked on the map. There was also quite a bit of work/renovation ongoing, presumably to. Improve the site before peak season, particularly by the beach. Things that are great: Dining options, Size of the plot, Entertainment in the Village Square in the evening, Facilities available (eg Spa, Tennis court) Improvers: Facilities are not quite up to the same standard you would see in similar premium European type hotel/spa complexes, Beach entrance is small and rocky - feels like a problem that could be easily resolved through having a bigger access area and making a more user/friendly space around the entrance and into the sea (remove the rocks and stones!) … and lastly, just a small point, but I wanted to buy an ice cream on the day we departed but there was no-one available to sell me one. Stand was empty, and other staff members were telling me to “go to the stand” when I asked at the bar or reception. Not impressive for a Movenpick hotel!

The hotel is rated a five star luxury resort, thus I expected a standard of cleanliness and accommodations that would warrant such a rating. I did not, however, expect for every single staff member that I encountered during my stay to go above and beyond to ensure that my experience was exceptional. Unpleasant experience
The first two days were Ok except for the noise. The third day I ended up sleeping in a dirty room. They did not clean the room, left food from last night and did not put new towels. I called several times to change the room but they never called back. They sent someone to clean the room while we were in the room; we were at the pool for the whole day. Their service doesn’t get even close to a 3 star resort, let alone the noise that was there all night and day.

Well, to start with, I'm Jordanian, and I live in the USA. I wanted to take my family to one of the best hotels in the dead sea. The staff were super nice. We indeed spent a lot of money. We rented four rooms (2 family rooms), one for my sister and her family, and one for my family. We walked into the room, and they were not clean. First, there were french fries on the floor, just laying there. Second, our towels had brown streaks on them. We opted for the option of eating at the buffet, and some of us caught a horrible stomach bug after that. We decided to do a late check out, and they were supposed to keep our cards active. First, they said we would have to all go into a single room. I clearly said that was unnacceptable. They then gave us a late checkout for 2 PM. We got the kids out of the pool at 1 pm (since we had a driver booked to pick us up at 2 pm), and headed over to our room. To our surprise our keys stopped working. We called the reception to send our keys to our room, and mind you, with a 4 year old and an 8 year old, waiting in the worst heat wave in Jordan, it took them 20 minutes to get our room opened for us. At the checkout, I decided to speak with the hotel manager, and he said "Sorry, we cannot do anything for you". I cannot stress about how negative of an experience we had. I'm surprised, as well as disappointed. We spent over 1000 dollars for two nights, and we received this negative of an experience. My kids enjoyed their stay due to the pool.
