Disappointed

There was no info in our room about the hotel at all, we were not given the wifi info even though we asked repeatedly and for the kicker I found a filthy great disgusting toenail in my bed after I'd slept in it all night so revolting

It's ok but not perfect

Check in was a bit complicated. No free WiFi and the breakfast is perfect for Asians or everyone who loves a hot breakfast for everyone else you have to be fine with musli or toast with jam and 24$ is simply to much for this! The rooms are super clean and nice! But I wouldn't stay here again for a stop over because everything! you need is not for free... 10$ for WiFi, 24$ for a asian breakfast and 2$ for checking your luggages wight.

Good Location for short stay

Pros: Location
Very handy to Sydney Airport and suitable for an overnight stay, not sure I'd be keen to stay longer due to room sizes being very compact. Restaurant food was nice but options limited.

Ideal for overnight stay before catching early flight. Clean and functional and reasonable value for money.

Reasonable value for money close to SYD. Rooms slightly better than ibis budget, and restuarant and foyer services much better!

Minimum service

I couldn't use the lobby computer because no one knew the password and there was no attempt to resolve the matter. One member of the staff even asked my why I wanted to use the computer. The shuttle transport ipad in lobby kept timing out before I could finish the transaction. Also the front staff wasn't helpful in giving directions to the nearest train station, couldn't even give me street names. Poor service in restaurant. A very disappointing experience.
