nice hotel; close to darling harbour and Sydney CB

Pros: easily assessable by train
Cons: Maybe some biscuits to have with tea/coffee
Location: located close to Town Hall station and easy access to Darling Harbour and QVB building
pleasant stay, clean spacious room, good location close to Lyric Theatre

Convenient location

Pros: Central location. Clean. Friendly staff. The air conditioning was great!
Cons: Internet access was poor.
Location: Easy walk to Sydney aquarium, Madame Tassauds, Sydney wildlife, and of course all the lovely cafes in that area.
Nice hotel close to the things we wanted/needed to get to. Wifi didn’t work but room was clean. Air conditioning was awesome. Only stayed one night but would stay again. Room was small but suited us.

Great location

5-10 minutes walk down to Darling Harbour. Reasonably sized older style rooms that need refurbishment. Stained carpets etc. The room wasn’t dirty but not thoughly cleaned. Don’t look inside the vanity or in the shower door sliders. Friendly staff, helpful and gave us plenty of tips for local stuff. Location is great and pretty well priced.

Not worth for the money

Pros: Nothung I like
Cons: To rectify as per above experience.
Location: Nothing to describe
So call Family Suite is not worth for the money paid. It is actually a Standard Suite and convert to be Family Suite. For the Suite, normally have a Living Hall, but this the Living Hall convert to put in two single bed. And the Living Hall is missing from the Suite.

Disgusting

Filthy dirty place to stay. Rude staff and not willing to help with problems in tbe room. Housekeepers need to be trained properly. Whole hotel needs a refurb. The price is rude.

You get what you pay for

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful
Cons: Replace the cheap beds and provide two pillows at least.
Location: Good location in CBD.
Sydney accommodation is very expensive so this very affordable. The location and staff were good. The room a bit shabby e.g. cracked vanity basin, numerous unpainted patched walls. The beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever had. All four guests had little sleep from noisy inner springs poking through the mattress.

Very shabby all around. The lobby makes you want to turn around and run away... far away. The room while tidy was in a bad state. The carpet was stained everywhere the wall paints marked the bed head peeling, only the towels were new looking soft and white. Quiet frankly for the amount I paid for the night they could have replaced the carpets and given it a new coat of paint!
