Pros: Good location
Cons: Hotel should provide free wifi in the room, that is a big disappointment & inconvenience of this hotel.
Check in & check out is fast, staffs are friendly. Good location easy access to train station & buses.

Generally a nice hotel but not great for tourists

Was able to check in early which was great after a long flight. The bed was comfortable too and the breakfast was fabulous. Most of the staff were lovely but one receptionist was extremely rude when I complained about the lack of advertised free WIFi which annoyed me. WIFIis free in the lobby for two hours from the time you first log in on the day. The hotel is surrounded by other high rises and there is no privacy screen on the bedroom windows so we had to leave the curtains shut. The area is not great for tourists, there are no nice restaurants in the immediate area. We walked to Darling Harbour every night which is a good 10-20 minute walk, great during the day but no so nice at night- although we did not feel unsafe, just tired!

Good hotel in a good location

We booked a family room for 3 nights as part of a touring holiday. Nice atmosphere in the lobby on arrival and very efficient and pleasant staff. Room was spacious and comfortable with comfortable beds. Breakfast included in the rate had a good selection of hot and cold items- coffees and hot chocolates were the best we had in Australia. Hotel is easy walking to Darling Harbour, opera house etc so good for a short stay in Sydney. Would stay here again.

Great location - spacious room

Good location - walking distance to Darling Harbour and Circular Quay. Good sized room esp with kids. Buffet breakfast each morning was fantastic too.

Great Stay in Sydney

Pros: 2 Queen bed, comfortable bed. Good staff service. Fresh fruit and vegetable breakfast.
Cons: Pillows choices, although I like the breakfast, but staff are not consistent. wifi for room limited to 2, but I booked one room for 3.
Location: Paddy's market, China town for food and shopping. Central station for train anf light rail.
Stay at Novotel Sydney Central with my family of 5 for 7 nights. Chosse and like this hotel because of its location and having 2 queen size bed per room. There is also the breakfast with fresh fruit and vegetable juice. Hotel is walking distance to central business district and China town. It is also 8 minutes walk to Central train station. The lobby has desktop computer for out us. Room is comfortable with good amenities. Newly renovated.

Very central hotel

Pros: A fantastic bed, good comms and a good location, everything we like.
Cons: Public areas seemed a bit shabby, the lobby appeared a bit dark/dull.Could do with a few sofas and chairs not so low to the ground for taller patrons
Location: Location offers everything. Proximity to transport, Paddy's Markets, theatres and more restaurants than you could possibly use in a year.
Getting to the hotel by car was a bit of a challenge due to roadworks in the city but when that is resolved the location will be ideal. Easy self parking is right next door with entry to the hotel lobby and checkin was quick and easy.
