Throw out the Sofa Bed!

Pros: Location
Cons: Upgrade the sofa bed
Room was very nice, booking was for three adults, 2 in the King Size, one on the sofa bed. Sofa Beds are always a compromise however this one should be thrown out as the trampoline base was missing a number of springs and sagged considerably until the very thin mattress sagged down between the support bars, very uncomfortable night in an otherwise good room.

Handy to Eastern Creek

Very disappointed in the Vip lounge. Wouldn't pay extra $50 a night just for a king bed & a bowl of cereal!! All 4 rooms we booked the fridges never got cold & tv remotes didnt work properly. We all have stayed at Chifley/Alpha for quite a few years for powercruise. Only thing that is constant is the quality of the food in bar down stairs. The girl at breakfast was rude when we told her breakfast was included in our booking. Then it was booked to our rooms again.

Please note the Club Lounge also offers all day snacks, sunset snacks and drink in the afternoon, an upgrade room with lux king bedding and upgrade bathroom amenities to name a few things. Had better stays

Pros: Pool and comfy bed and lovely quiet room
Cons: Better checking and quality control over stock in rooms - tea, coffee, sugar, glasses
Couldn't not use room safe and none of the staff came back to me regarding my initial query about this. Fridge not working but staff did move me to another room which was good. The kind and quantity of stock seemed to vary from room to room which I found strange. Lovely bed and lovely quiet room - these 2 will bring me back.

Superb hotel at a superb location

We are from Melbourne and our holiday in Sydney was enjoyable because of the excellent hotel. The location was so good it allowed us straight into the highway which avoided us getting into traffics. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating too. Hotel was clean.

Great staff & service

Pros: Staff, service, free really good wifi in room, comfortable and clean, great food & drink
Had an excellent stay, staff are so friendly, service is excellent, food is great, the room is very nice and the free wifi in the room is really good. Will definitely be coming back to stay again at some stage.

Great motel close to the race way

Pros: It was close to eastern creek raceway the room was nice everything you needed
Cons: Just a little lighter it was dark in the room and hall ways and the carpet might need up dating in the hall
Location: It was great to the raceway, 1/2 an hour from the blue mountains easy to get to Sydney and Newcastle if need be
It was an nice experience great stuff gym and pool laundry
