Christmas/Birthday Holiday Trip

Pros: The service.They have pleasant and accommodating staff members. They were friendly and helpful in their interactions.
Cons: The options for breakfast. The combination was the same each morning. Maybe rotate cold/hot options (ex. add porridge, fruit salad, cereals)
Location: The hotel itself is in a great location, within walking distance of many attractions and close to train station.
I had a great experience at the hotel. The front desk staff was pleasant and assisted with organizing wake up calls, explaining the train/transit system, and recommending restaurants in the area. My room was cleaned and restocked daily. The bed was comfortable and the room was in good condition. I particularly appreciated that the bathroom was clean and in good condition (no mold, no broken fixtures). The hotel itself is in a great location, within walking distance of many attractions and close to train station.

Customer Service 2nd to none!

Would have like jacuzzi to be warm only bad. Had a room with 3 twin beds & room to move. Front desk very helpful. Breakfast worth the $20 as we were full all day. Very clean & close walk to everything we wanted or needed.

Good hotel but be warned - Expedia deceives !

It is a very good hotel in a great hotel but be warned the Expedia show pictures of the higher room type so you end up getting a different room than you thought you were getting. They show the Deluxe Balcony Room pictures to get you to buy the Premium Balcony Room and they are very different. The hotel did their best to make up for Expedia's false advertising and were very kind and gracious for which I am grateful.
