Staff have attitude and not very helpful

Not very accommodating and helpful. Check-in time is 2pm however you are expected to check-out 10am. Not value for money and staff have an aweful attiutude (especially the male staff).

We pride ourselves on the level of service and hospitality of all our staff, and I apologise you didn’t experience this. Please know our Front Office Manager has investigated this and all staff have been given further training as this certainly is not the standard we strive to provide. We have a check in time of 2pm and a check out time of 10am. Late check outs are available on request for additional charges. You will find that all hotels work around this principal not just ours. Nice hotel close to transit and Chinatown.

Pros: Price, proximity to the action, cleanliness, front desk worker-George.
Cons: Room seemed a bit run down.
Location: 5 minute walk to transit and Chinatown
I wanted a hotel not too far from Sydney Harbour, and not too expensive. This fit the bill. Transit was a 5 minute walk, and I could travel anywhere I wanted to go. Chinatown was also a 5 minute walk, and was so much fun. Rooms were very small, and felt like I was going through a maze to get to it, but it was clean. Air conditioner did not work great, so I left my window open a bit and got some air that way. Hotel staff was nice. One particular worker at the front desk, George, was fabulous! They need more workers like him- so friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a good experience- reasonably priced, clean, and close to the action. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

Pros: Friendly staff and great restaurant next door.
Location: Very close to Oxford street with lots of places to eat and shop, and to Hyde park.
Easy to check in and staff were very accommodating with an early check in as we arrived with a very tired 9 month old. They made sure we were in a room big enough to accommodate a baby cot and a stroller. The rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. The only thing that I would say is that the lifts are too small to fit a stroller, 2 people and baggage. This was not a big problem as the concierge brought up our bags for us. The only negative was that it was about a 20-30 min walk from the hotel to the CBD.

Estuvimos alojados por 3 noches y la habitación aunque un poco pequeña cumplió perfectamente con los requerimientos de limpieza y comodidad. Tiene máquinas para lavandería con monedas. La parte negativa es que el internet es de paga bastante caro y la tarifa del estacionamiento es de 30 AUD diarios.

Pros: Professional and helpful staff.
Location: Comfortable place to stay, right in Surry Hills and close to all the action. Walkable distance to boutiques and cafes on crown street and Oxford stree
Stayed for 3 nights, although I accidentally only booked for 2. The staff were really nice about sorting out another room for us to stay in. It took a bit longer than required to get us to another room, with a bit of faffing around. For this we were upgraded to a deluxe king room. I was impressed with their manner in this as with all else: friendly, calm and reassuring.

Excellent Value for Money

Pros: Nice views, price, staff, location.
Cons: Later pool hours.
Location: Right near Oxford Street and City, buses and trains right nearby.
Great location with very friendly staff and nice, tidy accommodation with great views. The price was also very economical. Only slight annoyance is the pool closes a bit early (around 20:00).

This hotel meets all my needs.. Nice size room, comfortable bed, bathroom products, room snacks and mini bar well stocked. Downside, the grout in the bathroom is mouldy and needs replacing.

Overnight Stay

Stayed in this hotel overnight whilst celebrating a friend's 21st. It was a good location and easy to spot when walking from Town Hall. Its a good size for 3 people, we didn't have time to stay in it long but the time we did spend was cool. Unfortunately the bathroom didn't have a lock and one of the switches for the lamp was broken but apart from that it was really nice.
