Pros: neat and tidy and friendly staff
Cons: mattresses sink in the middle worse than any place i have ever stayed
Location: good location
The bed is a joke my husband considered sleeping on the floor.

This is one tired old motel, seriously needing room upgrading. The blankets, bedspread,carpet and corner chairs were grubby and need to be replaced. The room smelt of tobacco. Missing from the room was the iron, hair dryer, microwave (as advertised),no wine glasses only 2 miss matched drinking glasses. The TV was connected to a power board that was suspended in mid-air. The TV would not switch off. The shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty with no alternative to use. The motel sign is hard to see because of a tree. The entrance onto Queen Street is downright dangerous on a corner.

Pros: Nothing really
Location: Close to town and facilities.
The room we had had only the barest necessities and only one chair in a double room! The bathroom was very dated and the tiles were not properly finished. The bath had a bad patch. The bed cover didn't look very clean. The carpet maybe was just old but also didn't clean either.

We booked a family room and apart from beds, there wasn't enough of anything, ie seats, cutlery and cups.

Unfortunately as soon as we had checked in and opened the door to our room I received a call from home to urgently return home, so in fact we did not stay at all. When I spoke to the from desk about leaving and possibly getting a refund on the room which we did not use at all I was told that because we had booked the hotel through Expedia we could not get a refund at all so $155.00 was paid for nothing. In future I will not book anything through your website but will go directly to the hotel instead, that way if anything like this happens again I can see and talk directly to the people with whom I booked the room. ANY CHANCE OF A REFUND EXPEDIA you have my email thank you
