Upstairs there is a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom and ocean views, followed by a toilet and then a bedroom with two single beds. Crossing the bridged walkway takes you through to the family room. This room is beautifully furnished and includes two leather sofas and occasional chairs, flat screen TV with Foxtel and DVD player. Bifold doors open up the balcony area complete with water views. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and ceiling fans, 2 of them have reverse cycle air-conditioning. WiFi is not guaranteed. This is a service offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge for this service we will attempt to fix issues as they arise but cannot be held accountable. Linen is provided as well as basic items including some cleaning products, soap and toilet paper... It is the guests' responsibility to purchase their own supplies once these have run out. Please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no pets. Parking for one car is available and is off street - note: this will not fit 4WDs or minivans as you need to drive under the roller door. There is plenty of free, un-timed parking on the street for extra vehicles or larger 4WDs. House has interior and exterior stairs and does not have wheelchair access. This property is strictly non-smoking. Bedding is K, D, S, S, S and this property is set up for a maximum of 7 persons (including children).
