Nice hotel with a restaurant overlooking the water

Pros: The surrounding area was very pleasant.
Cons: I cannot think of anything.
Location: We just stayed the one night and had a quick look around in the morning and were on our way.
We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful. There were laundry facilities which we needed.

Nice hotel

Hotel was nice but we were told by the lady at the front desk when we checked in that we would get free breakfast from 7-11am but only the kids ate for free. Breakfast was pricey considering what we paid for the stay.

Nice hotel. On the waterfront

Hotel was nice and clean. It was close to the waterfront as well as downtown. It was unfortunate that the pool was not open during our stay. All staff very friendly. The ice machine on our floor was also not working. I would double check on the pool before booking.

Good location, bed was uncomfortable and loud with small movements, pool was closed with no prior notice

Don't have breakfast or blow dry your hair!

Hotel location was convenient for what I needed it for.....here for business. My room was clean. Negatives -reserved online and when I arrived they didn't have my reservation even though I had a confirmation number (glad they weren't fully booked) -not even free coffee in the lobby. They charge $2 -my breakfast was to be included but wasn't. That's ok you wouldn't want to eat there anyway, I waited 9 minutes to be seated because the poor girls were under staffed and couldn't get a table clean. They were taking food and dishes from people who already ate and piled them on the clean tables. I took a picture of the mess once I was seated because I couldn't believe my eyes. Once breakfast came it was ice cold. -I had a 5 am flight. Stayed up since I had to leave for the airport by 3ish. Took a shower at 11pm. 11:25pm a knock on the door came to tell me to stop making noise drying my hair! What? So I guess overall if you are looking for a warm bed and don't care for even a coffee or a late shower it's an ok place? Ridiculous. And never again. BTW I did ask for the manager who wasn't available and it has now been 48 hours and still no phone call.

Most enjoyable and highly recommended. Centrally located and pool and slide provided great entertainment for the kids

Excellent hotel

Had a great stay, bedso and pillows were super comfortable. It was a little noisy but only in terms of wind outside and thin walls. Restaurant was great, ate there both nights considering we got snowed in!
