Close to public transport and Pacific highwayPosted Oct 7, 2015
Booked for an overnight stay. Was a comfortable stay. Look around for free parking if you stay here on a weekend and save $20.

Convenient location on Sydney's north shorePosted Oct 1, 2015
Pros: Location to business and public transport, good service and good cafe.
Cons: Plumbing from neighbouring rooms very noisy.
Location: St Leonard's has a major shopping centre and business district.
Hotel Urban is close to business, a major hospital and public transport. The rooms are neat and comfortable and many afford views over the tree-filled area and Sydney's harbour. The cafe service is great - good food and good coffee.

Doesn't Get any SMALLER than this room.Posted Aug 25, 2015 on Hotels
First the GOOD: The girl at the check-in desk was pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the room service meal was OK. Now the NOT-so-GOOD: The location; You need a car because you are quite a while from the train station. They do run shuttles though. The price; over what I would have expected for this standard of Hotel; Now for the BAD: The only real disappointment was the bathroom because it was so small. I am 5'7" and I could easily reach both side walls at the same time. I had to blow-dry my hair while outside the bathroom because there was maybe 1 ft between the basin and the shower. The décor was fairly modern, however, on the cheap side. The entrance to the Hotel is in the side street - Bellevue Avenue - not on the Pacific Highway. It is advertised as "boutique style", and "luxuriously comfortable...", but in reality, it was tidy and just average. PS make sure you don't let the kids open the front door while you are on the throne because you can see all the way down to the elevators while you are thinking.

Cons: We would have liked chairs in the room (only the 1 chair at desk)
Pleasantly surprised with all aspects of the hotel - clean and smart; all staff friendly and courteous. Restaurant very good and very convenient on site. Parking convenient. Good location for the city and transport.

Where I'll stay next trip.Posted Aug 18, 2015 on Hotels
Wonderful. From check-in to check-out the staff were wonderfully efficient and friendly. The room was spacious and nicely decorated with lovely views. The only negative was room 407, I feel was a wheel chair accessible room, had no shower stall - the water flooded the bathroom making it impossible to towel off in the bathroom without getting towels and clothing wet. A small nit-pick from an otherwise great stay.
