I chose the hotel as it is next door to my office. My husband and I could smell smoke when we came out of the elevator. There wasn't any soap in the shower of handsoap for the basin. The sink was blocked and the water would not drain from the handbasin. Overall, sadly, not a good experience.

Really good location.Posted May 14, 2015 on Wotif
The rooms were large and the bed was super comfortable. The baths were tiny and the bathroom a bit dated. Hotel staff were very friendly.

Close to the city centrePosted May 3, 2015 on Wotif
Pros: The light open rooms and clean comfortable bed.
Cons: If it was possible, better access to the hotel from the carpark, instead of having to walk onto the street. (For personal security)
Location: Walking distance to the City Centre (Queen Victoria Building a favourite) and Darling Harbour, I would love to visit again.
We had a beautiful view from the 26th floor and the room was immaculate and very spacious. Price was excellent, considering that we only booked 2 days before the room was required. If I have the need in the future I would definitely stay at the Mantra on Kent again.

Mantra ApartmentsPosted Apr 22, 2015 on Wotif
Pros: Excellent location, comfortable and relatively quiet for an inner city location.
Cons: The bathrooms are a little tired but hopefully will be the next on the list.
Location: The location is excellent, a short walk to the restaurants in Darling Harbour, a few minutes to the train at Town Hall, the QVB and the city shops.
I have stayed at these apartments over many years, it has been good to see the improvements made over the past couple of years. The rooms are comfortable, the lounge area generous and the décor has been updated.
