Looked nothing like the photos was in horrific condition. The building is basically falling apart and no customer service or help from any of the staff

Very clean and comfortable- great location great staff however even from the 9th floor was kept awake with the noise all night from outside - light rail, Capital Theatre, pub and people partying until early hours in the morning
