Took more than 10 mins to check in. One staff member doing check-in, others walking around and sitting in a nearby office fully aware that people had been waiting for some time and were becoming restless. They still refused to help even when the lobby was pretty full. Finally a few tourist buses turned up, and another staff member helped with the backlog.

Everything was great other than a reception staff member not allowing us to our room before 3 pm (unless we wanted to pay an extra $60) even though being told earlier we could register sooner if the room was ready which it was. After a 25 hr flight schedule to arrive, we were exhausted. Other than that, it was great! Thanks.

Great location for access to trains and light rail. Overall value for money for a very short stay only.
Overall it’s a bit tired, areas around checkin super busy and dirty (rubbish everywhere) and hallways have room service trays and rubbish outside them for more than a day. The bathroom in our room was really grimey - brown stained tiles and black mouldy grout. Our room needed maintenance, which was dealt with well and the problem fixed. Housekeeping forgot to service our room but did replace towels swiftly when asked. Staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be.

Staff who cgecked us in were great. We had city facing room, which was a great view. Great rates, and buffet breakfast was included. Dining staff were very accomodating. All in all, a great stay.

Newly renovated nice and new. Central location for transport anywhere in Sydney.

Bed was comfortable and location convenient to explore close to places to eat and explore. however the room smelled weird like moist carpet smell, it was raining outside and the bathroom was leaking on top of the sink area. the smell of the chlorine from the pool was too strong. expected way higher quality for such luxury and expensive hotel.
