Convenient location near North Sydney StationPosted Aug 18, 2015
Pros: Location is good, many dining options available nearby.
Cons: Some might find the noise of trains passing beneath the hotel annoying.

Pros: location to transportation and restaurants. fast elevator and clean room.
Cons: very little, perhaps the shower water could be hotter, it seemed to take a while to heat. we were on the 14th. floor.
Location: location was in the business district and so transportation was easy. close to darling harbor and the queys.

Great view of the Harbour BridgePosted Jul 3, 2015
The only negative was the train tracks at Milsons Point run directly under the hotel and beep their horns on entering the tunnel. Book a room high up in the building as you would feel the rumble and the noise of the trains. View was fantastic. Bathroom slightly on the small side but modern and clean. All staff lovely. I definitely would stay again but on floor 7 or above.

Cons: The Wifi needs to be sped up, very slow, drop outs..
Location: close to Nth Sydney Rail, 5mins by train to CBD, enjoy a walk over the harbor bridge, 15 mins from Luna Pk
Stayed there for the week-end at a work get together, I have no faults other than the internet wifi was slow, room, location, staff all 100%

Pros: The view and a comfortable room with great lighting which is rare in hotels
I had reserved a room with a view and got a room over the freeways and train station. The staff gave us another room within an hour. WiFi was easy to get on Tablet but my husband could not get it on his laptop. Beautiful view of the harbor but the train seems to go underneath the hotel and it rumbles all night long.

Convenience above North Sydney Railway StationPosted Jun 5, 2015 on Wotif
We were there over the weekend, and almost all shops in Greenwood Shopping centre were closed after midday on Saturday, so we had to eat in the hotel - good food, but overpriced. However, a walk down into Blues Point Road would find lots of cafes. We did not have a harbour-view room, rather were looking north into the high-rises. There is a regular rumble - even on level 7 where we were -from trains passing directly below. I grew up 60 years back in this area, so much I still take for granted. Sydney is still not up with Melbourne for weekend visitors.

Suit the keen train spotterPosted Jun 4, 2015 on Hotels
Lovely hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, but who thought to build a hotel over a busy railway station with seemingly little insulation. Thank goodness the trains didn't run all night!

Sleep at Nth Sydney Railway Station- it's quieterPosted May 31, 2015 on Hotels
The room was VERY noisy due to main northern rail line running under hotel and onto harbour bridge. We were only on the third floor, so trains were very close below us and run every 20min throughout night. At $300 a night, we could have done much better elsewhere.
