Cosy and did not have big problems.Posted Nov 26, 2015
Pros: Beach is only a few minute walk.
Cons: some minor problems. a broken light bulb, only one set of towels on one day even though we two people stayed in the room, etc. Not nothing major.
Location: 5minuite walk from a pretty beach. 30 minutes walk fro the closet train station. 15 minute taxy ride from Sydney international airport.
Pretty expensive, but no alternative hotels nearby. The facilities were not impressive for the fare, but cozy room with no major problem.

Was not happy with staying there even gor 1 night. Wifi was not working in room and was not free. Had prepaid room but was given to another guest and were offering me twin room when i had prepaid for king room. They finally have me family room which smelt filthy and was dirty. No concierge or porters. Front reception became porters. Not happy with staying here for money paid.

Close to the airportPosted Nov 19, 2015
Hotel was decent. Front desk staff were very good. Had to call to have room service leftovers from another guest removed from hallway that had been there all day. Wanted some ice for our room and had to buy a drink at the bar in order to get the bar to provide a glass of ice.

Cons: Hotel needs upgrading
Location: Great restaurants and views from upper floors.
Great location but Hotel really needs some TLC. We were upgraded to a room that had wet carpet due to a shower leak. We were surprised when we were charged 1.5% for using Visa to pay for our parking.

Room with a view of treesPosted Nov 2, 2015
The staff were lovely View left alot to be desired Ocean view room yeh right Dated room and decor well in need of a paint and upgrade My king size bed was 2 singles pushed together with nothing keeping them from slipping away from each other in the end I had to push both beds against the wall this didn't stop me from sagging between both beds In the room nothing in the way of cutlery or plates or even a glass or two for a drink Nothing to eat my late night dinner of takeaways on Had to ring room service for these things with a delayed response to my requirements Noise was also a factor during my stay My last stay was in the delux suite which is delightful but of coarse more expensive My advice sadly pay the extra money because an ocean veiw room leaves alot to be desired

Nice Views of the Sydney SkylinePosted Aug 11, 2015
Pros: The convenient location to the airport and city.
The hotel is conveniently located near our friends in Kograh which provided us with a place to meet and enjoy a wonderful seafood buffet in the restaurant on the 3rd floor. The restaurant/bar manager, Nikita was very accommodating in assisting us with all our needs. Lisa at the front desk was also very helpful in ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible.
