One night stay with the family

Friendly courteous staff at the reception.Room was clean. Breakfast Buffet had a good spread.

Hotel must have had better days

Pros: Nice view of Darling Harbour
Cons: Security. Immediate action in dealing with guests bad behavior.
Location: Touristic area, a bit too loud and crowded on weekends.
Two nights in a row in which troublesome events occurred: first night a fight at the lobby area, guests awaken by a woman screaming; second night a crowd of men banging walls and doors and speaking very loudly in the adjacent room. Rooms a bit rundown, but the worst were the bed bugs.

Gr8 spot for darling harbour

Pros: Location Roomsize
Cons: Lift servicing Free wifi
Location: Right on darling harbour
Hotel location excellent. Larger than usual sized hotel room. Only two negatives. The lifts were so slow- 20 minutes one morning to get down- later discovered a note sayin st there was ongoing maintenance on two of the four. Other negative is charge for wifi

We had a very comfortable stay, room was big enough for us, overlooking the magnificent Darling Harbour , is a very amazing view. Buffet breakfast we love it , the lady cook , I like how she prepared my omelet. The only thing is the parking, a bit dearer. But above all we had a wonderfull stay.

Nice location but uncomfortable beds

We were promised free wi-fi but when tried to log in had to pay for it. All four of us could not sleep at all on the double beds provided - I'm all for a soft bed, but falling off the edge because of the sloped mattress just isn't comfortable.

Great location and excellent breakfast with a view

The higlight of this hotel is definitely the location straight on Darling Harbour. The common areas are beautiful, spacious and comfy, offering a great view over the harbour. Breakfast was delicious and certainly better value than the options around the harbour and all touristy areas. The ladies cooking the eggs were extremely nice and did a great job, especially with the omelletes! Only down with this hotel is that the room was a bit squishy for 4 people! Also the corridors weren't as appealing as the other common areas. Lastly, just a quick note on the elevators which sometimes took ages to arrive! All in all it was a very positive experience!
