Great location. The rooms are very comfortable and of a good size. The. Breakfast on offer had a large selection and very tasty.

Pros: Prompt room service.
Cons: Faster delivery of luggage to room.
Been to this hotel several times before.Close to Convention Center and very convenient to Darling harbour surrounds. Concierge service was a bit slow this time. Took about 30 minutes and a trip down to the concierge desk to have my luggage delivered to my room after check in. Phone was not connecting to the concierge desk. Shower hot water turned luke warm after a few minutes. Rang the front desk but nothing seemed to have happened. Room service was prompt. With a brand new hotel coming up next doors,Novotel will need to sharpen their game. Would recommend it!!

Time for a proper upgrade not just a tart up.

This place needs proper work on the rooms, Bathroom has poor quality read cheap fittings & now is the time to do something with conventions happening in Sydney again. 2nd worst mattress I have slept on & lots of useless pillows. Marginally better than staying at the Ibis. As usual check in & check out takes forever standing in a queue with minimal staff whilst 12 staff having a meeting about service! Lift your game.

What a beautiful place to stay!

We had such a lovely stay and there was one particular guest services member, Andrew who went above and beyond.... he was so wonderful. Everyone was great, but Andrew really made us welcome. Will be back for sure!

Nice central position in Darling Harbour.

Had a nice but short stay. Staff very helpful with extending parking for whole day on checkout day so we could have some fun in Darling Harbour.

Pros: Location and convenience.
The hotel location is very good allowing for easy access to the CBD. However, the rooms were outdated, room service line was not responsive on many occasions and the front desk reception was regularly short of staff.

Modern sophisticated hotel

Pros: Location and comfort
Cons: Provide more milk and supply biscuits with tea and coffee
Very clean, sleek hotel within walking distance of great eateries and Darling Harbour attractions. Easy and convenient. Lovely room and very comfortable.

Good accuse to darling harbour

Black mouth on the air conditioner vents needs to be cleaner! Was pretty horrible Turned the aircon off So it wouldnt spread IN the room Staff at checking IN where Short, said the words But was obvious little interest Check out was very very busy, But polite and efficient

Handy to convention centre

Great staff and location. Can't fault that. Bathrooms need serious grout clean and repairs. Bath was chipped and grout mouldy/dirty. Rest of room was perfect.

Gem in the CBD - Extremely Convenient

Pros: Loved The Ternary Restaurant staff - especially Rebekah and Joya! Thanks ladies for taking care of me!
Cons: Front Desk Communications fail - I never once got the paper they ordered for me and I never did get a mini-bar menu price list despite asking for one.
Location: GREAT LOCATION! Aquarium, Wildlife Park and Madame Toussoud's, shopping mall connected to hotel, hop on hop off buses and ferry within steps.
This was a last minute booking - change of plans - I have no idea how I picked the Novotel Darling Harbour, but I am sure glad I did. There were a couple of hiccups in my stay - but mostly due to Front Desk miscommunications... if this hotel is lacking anywhere it's in the Front Desk area. The Room upgrade for a harbour view room was worth it... get it if they offer it to you. The rooms were a bit old as evidenced by the state of the itles in my shower/bath, but overall the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is connected by a skybridge to a very large shopping mall, that has many restaurants, bank machines, souvenir shops, and is located a short walk across a pedestrian foot bridge to the Aquarium, Wildlife Park and Madame Toussoud's. Plus there are Hop on Hop of Bus Stops within a very short walk and the Hop On Hop Off Ferry can be found on the Pier near the Aquarium. GREAT LOCATION! Chef Joya in the The Ternary Restaurant Grill was amazing - very friendly and personable - she has a passion for cuisine and customer service that is truly above and beyond. Hold on to her as long as you can, as she's a rising star no doubt! Rebekah a Team Lead in The Ternarny Restaurant was outstanding and really went out of her way to make my 5 night stay special! Thank you again!
