Rude manager

Cons: Too many things, they better figure it themselves
Because this is a Accor hotel I had no doubts upon making a reservation, however was very disappointed with the room cleaness, the tub was filthy and was more, had a very disrespectful treatment from the morning manager trying to solve a very simple problem. One person can represent a whole business. This person should work elsewhere.

Passable hotel overall

Pros: 4 star, with quite good views all around. The good stuff was new TV and air-con remote (we didn't get that though). Breakfast included was great
Cons: Helpfulness of staff when checking out would be great! The last man/woman can really undo all hard work of the rest of the staff who had been great!
Location: Food and food, shopping and the ice skating rink which we didn't have time for!
Good place for nearby eating, even for supper desserts. Staff generally friendly and helpful except for our check out time, had a slightly torrid time with the front line staff. Wanted to charged me for 2 cars overnight parking just because i had booked 2 rooms. But i was issued only 1 parking card so i have no idea how they recorded the usage of the car parking. In the end paid for 5 days but realised when i got back Singapore i was overcharged 1 day because i only parked 4 nights. The service recovery is non existence, not even an apology. I do not even want to elaborate on her reluctance to record my stay under the Accor membership because i had forgotten my membership number. Other than her, the rest of the staff are great!

Stay was comfortable, breakfast yum and staff very helpful. the shower unit was too low for my 6'2" husband but this was the only fault

Waren soweit zufrieden. Zimmer sauber. Parkgarage gegen Gebühr mit ausreichenden Plätzen. Frühstück war für australische Verhältnisse ganz gut. Ansonsten gab es Restaurants direkt in der Umgebung zu Fuß erreichbar. Würde es wieder buchen.

Pleasant stay

We stayed for three nights and found it to be just what we needed. Great location only a short walk to restaurants, shopping and public transport. The continental breakfast included in our package was fantastic with loads of healthy options. We will definitely be back!

Great hotel but needs better room service

I enjoyed my stay and will stay again. The only problem I encountered is the 24hr room service. Only sandwiches or ham and pineapple pizza available. I don't expect a huge menu but I do expect more than this. Other than the above mentioned problem our stay was perfect. Very friendly staff always with a smile and very clean room. Also great value

Pros: The friendly staff and the large, modern room.
Cons: As above, only the coffee situation for a very big group.
Location: Many cafes/ restaurants to choose. A walk by the river after lunch was refreshing.
I was attending a conference at the hotel. The facilities were very good- size of rooms for workshops were adequate. (The coffee in the urns was not so good. More coffee machines would have been a good idea. With so many people, one machine caused a very long line to wait). The lunch was delicious.

Disappointing given price

Pros: Parking was affordable
Cons: showers, bathrooms, food, value for money
Location: lots of places to eat out (you will need them)
Stayed in a room with twin double beds. Bathroom was crowded and access to the shower difficult due to 40cm step to get in and close proximity to toilet. Anyone with even the slightest mobility issues/impairments would struggle to have a shower. Shower head was too low and had no water pressure at all. Sub-standard dated furnishings in main room. only a writing desk provided (no table to eat at if more than 1 person). Buffet breakfast was cold and the food was prepared to only the most basic standard. I'm a frequent business traveller (with only the most basic needs from a hotel room) and this is not a hotel I would recommend nor stay at again.
