Room great, newly renovated. Location good for attractions although pretty noisy due to nearby construction and highway. Breakfast not good at all. Price fair but would not stay here again, worth paying a little extra for something with easier parking and no breakfast.

Good location

Pros: Friendly staff and clean environment
Cons: A false fire alarm around 5.25am on 29/6/17. Gathered that it was due to the renovation. Hope the technical issue can be rectified soonest possible.
Location: Paddy's Market, Chinatown, UTS
The hotel is at a strategic location. It was convenient for me to move around places.

Loud street noises and tv didn't work. attached

Loud street noises, under renovation (without disclosure at booking) when we got there with more noise, could hear guests in other rooms, phones not answered when calls made, tv didn't work and breakfast expensive. Overall was over priced for what it was and will not stay again. Staff were great and so is was the food from the attached restaurant.

Nice hotel but really let down by the parking

The Parking arrangements are not satisfactory. I was shocked to hear I had to park down the road. If I had known that I had to park down the road away from the hotel I would have Ubered it to the hotel instead of driving their.

Nice hotel close to Darling Harbour

Pros: The location, comfortability, and the daily cleanliness service of this hotel, I liked most during my stay.
Cons: The quality of the serving food should be good.
Location: very close to the Darling Harbour (less than 5 min walking distance), lots of restaurant and bars are just in walking distance.
The location of this hotel was perfect for me as it was very close to the ICC Sydney and the Darling Harbour. Well-facilitated hotel with clean and comfort room. The staff and their services like keeping the bags before check-in time and moving it into the room were fantastic, I would say from my experience. Just one thing shocked me about the meal which I ordered at night; they called it nightwalker meal from which I ordered some chicken dish with rice, but the quality of the food was too poor. The breakfast was very good in taste and price was reasonable at the hotel's restaurant. Expect the dinner meal, I enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

One night stay to see Vivid festival

It was a short but sweet stay, the hotel was clean and comfortable, the position was great and the staff freindly and courteous, breakfast, nice food. We would stay again and probably will again next year and would recomend to anyone

Stayed in a deluxe king with a view very disappointed with room. Nothing deluxe about it. Outdated a bit of a walk to darling harbour. No parking on site have to park in the darling quarter so lugging luggage back after check out was not fun. Staff very helpful at reception. Buffet breakfast staff no where to be seen. The person allocating tables refused to put two tables together so we could sit with our friends. Sauce bottle was empty no one to ask to top up just went without I would have preferred to go to darling harbour for breakfast. Cheaper and would have got better service.

Old tired room,needs a makeover

Cons: Bathroom
Location: Market, harbour walks
Finding the hotel was easy, close to public spaces & transport.the hotel was having renovations done ,on our floor it was noisy as expected.The bed was comfortable ,but the bath room needs some love.There was plenty of choices for breakfast, the staff were all friendly .Ill think about returning once the renovation are done
