I was really impressed with the amenities. It’s in an old building, so remember that when you look and walk around. However, it was clean, has great staff and everything you could need to an extended stay. I would stay here again!

Room was a tad tired looking however funtional. Shower was great. Accommodation very close to light rail. Is walkable to Darling Harbour, Circular Quay and the city. Nice Pizza and Curry restaurants just around the corner. Lovely cafe out the front to the right...well priced and nice food. Only downside was it was very cold in the hallways. Hallways are very open and it was end of May! Upside was comfy beds and hot shower!

The building itself is the best thing about the Oaks Sydney Goldsborough, an 1888 built wool store converted into larger than average sized, well laid out apartments with ceilings that must have been between 3-4m high and… with original wooden beams. In most properties after you checked in and go up the lift to your floor and the moment you walk through the lift doors and out of the lift foyer, you start looking for signs on which room numbers are which direction right??……not here! That will be the second thing you do at this place, as this is when you get the full impact of what kind of building you are staying in! I absolutely loved it and anyone who appreciates heritage type building converts, this is the one for you.

Had everything we needed for a weekend stay and to attend the event at the ICC. When we had any issues, the staff were very helpful to resolve them. We found our way, but would be great to have clearer and easier walkways/crossings (including for those who have difficulty with stairs) over the road and to Darling Harbour.
