There is some noise coming from the outside through windows if you leave it open for fresh air. noise source is many air conditioning systems for the hotel and the hotel next door. Otherwise the hotel is nice and clean with friendly staff.

My room was quite small, and that was ok. A couple of things to note that were slightly inconvenient were: 1. The bathroom door would not stay open. 2. The mirror was in a dark part of the room and I could not get a good look from top to bottom 3. The cupboard space could have been better to accommodate hang a dress 4. Would have liked to have an iron in the room. But all in all a love property and very friendly pleasant staff. Love the key pad instead of swipe cards

The rooms are very small. Limited housekeeping provided. Crockery and cutlery not washed. Very noisy at night. The hotel took over $300 off my credit card two days after we left for a 'broken tv' when we did not use or break the tv and refused to reimburse. Will not stay there again.

It had everything we needed even though small. Very happy with facilities and staff couldn't do enough for us. Very happy and would highly recommend this place, especially the staff and service. Only negative was there seemed to be a smell in the bathroom possibly mould or drain?

The window can’t be closed and there is wind coming in on a rainy day. I have adjusted the air conditioning to be warmer but it doesn’t work. The bathroom has small flies even with exhausted fan. Otherwise, all are ok.

No daily housekeeping Reception closes at 8pm and opens at 8am ( usually late) Drilling and hammering works occurring in room next door from early in morning Air conditioning unit wasn’t working

Thank you for staying. Your aircon remote batteries were changed as soon as you requested and the 1 hour of unexpected drilling was 2 floors away from you, not in the room next door. If you prefer a rate with housekeeping we recommend that you select that rate in future, the cost is usually slightly more

I would never stay at this property again. Room not ready at 4.30 arrival, moved into room and have the house keeping just walk in to complete vacuming. The room was not made up on the three night stay, no fresh towels etc. The fridge did not keep items cool.

Staying in the first room on the first floor, the glass bricks are between the room and the front office. The lights were left on all night therefore they were shining through the bricks and struggled to sleep - too bright

Clean and comfy bed. The window can be opened for fresh air. The lighting is quite dim but wouldn’t bother everyone. Pub next door for meals or other eateries down the street.

The property was close to my daughter who lives close Barker St. The property was clean and the sofa bed was made up for my grandchildren, who I was travelling with. The room contained everything we needed and the kids were very disappointed we were only staying the 1 night!!
