Worth a return visit

Pros: From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, the staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was very comfortable and clean with great facilities.
Cons: There is a card in the bathroom asking that if you would like to reuse your towels to hang them up. We did this but the towels were changed anyway.
Location: The hotel was located near to the Sports Centre (the location of the competition we were attending) and within easy walking distance.

Very nice hotel

Cons: Nicer shower heads
Location: Qudos arena, bars, and convenient stores just down the road
We stayed at the Pullmans for one night for a concert at the Qudos Arena. The staff were very friendly and professional, it was a quick check in, and the room was great. We had a King Size bed, and unfortunately (like many other hotels) 2 singles were put together to make the king. I ended up being able to feel the gaps of the beds in the middle of the night as I had moved into the middle. Other than that, the bed was very comfy and the spare bamboo pillow was great. The bathroom was very nice - very spacious, the bathroom was a larger size which was good. The shower was a bit of a let down as the head was not 4/5 worthy. It was just a plain, normal head - I was expecting at least an overhead (waterfall) shower head, but still it was a nice shower. We did have an incident where the concierge put our bags in the wrong room. We had to call reception and talk to them about it - it was very nerve racking, but the staff were very professional and we got our bags returned to us quickly and they gave us a free drinks voucher each! Overall, the stay was good and I would definitely stay again

Perfect location for concert

Pros: Walking distance to stadiums and restaurants
Cons: I found it a little pricey for what it is
Location: Perfect for staying in if you have an event on.
Great place to stay! Lovely and super friendly staff. Were upgraded on check in which was lovely. Room had a lovely views especially at night. Clean and tidy, bed was very comfortable, all you need really for a great stay.

We stayed for 4 nights for an Expo at Olympic Park. Location was perfect for us. The check in staff upgraded our room as I could only book a disabled room online which we did not require. We had dinner at the Hotel Restaurant and the food was excellent, far better than I expected. From my experience I find hotel restaurants are usually average but not in this case. I will also mention we arrived at the restaurant when they were preparing to close the kitchen but the chef decided it was ok for us to stay and the food was perfect. Our room was large, comfortable and had everything you need. We would stay there again.

over priced for what you get.

Myself and husband chose this hotel as it is close to concert venue which was great although parking price a joke! Never have I paid to park in hotel parking. Room was extremely stuffy no air flow and air con was pre set. Definitely not worth $370 a night.

Perfect location for Olympic Park

Went to Sydney for the AFL Game GWS v Bulldogs and the location was perfect just a 2 min walk to the stadiuim and Olympic Park Station

Not Happy

Not happy with the cleaning of my room rubbish bottles and can left for two days, bathroom toiletries not replaced.

Room not what was booked

Pros: Proximity to concert venue
Cons: Let me know in advance that room isn't available and give me the option to cancel as it wasn't what I paid for.
I stayed during peak time due to a concert. Therefore, the room I paid over $400 for the night was not 'available'. I was put in the disable room with no bath and listening to the lifts move from floor to floor. Reason for the booking was a room with a bath tub. Value for $ clearly disappointing.

My flight got delayed significantly, so I did not get to the hotel until eight in the morning. There were kind enough to extend my checkout time until noon.
