Comfortable Hotel at Olympic Park Area. Staff very efficient and helpful. Nice Views from the upper floors.

Pros: Absolutely everything
Cons: I cant think of anythink
Location: In the middle of olympic park with stadiums, show ground, shops, parks
Great stay, hotel staff always friendly, clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed staying there. Close to the stadiums, aquatic centre and shops. Will definently be going back!!

Nice and clean hotel close to many venues

Pros: I appreciated the location, cleanliness of the room, design of the room, and layout of the room.
Cons: The shower and the design of the bathroom. The basin was quite small compared to other hotels. Also the TV could've been bigger.
Location: It's very close to food restaurants such as McDonalds, Oportos, Subway, pub and ice cream shop. It's close to station and concert venues.
Overall, I had a great experience but there are some points that may affect someone's decision about staying at Pullman or not. The staff worked a bit slowly but their service was great and we got put up to the 13th floor out of 16 floors which is always awesome. The room was clean and modern, I really loved the whole interior design and cleanliness especially. However the bathroom's fan didn't seem to work and also the shower is open, not the usual glass doors and walls. So when the shower is on, the water will spread all over the bathroom floor resulting in a wet floor with a wet towel trying to soak up the water. Although I didn't use the facilities, and just the room, everything in those aspects were fantastic from location, cleanliness, service, design to views, but the shower thing was a let down. I will mostly likely stay here again though.

Sydney was extremely busy with a number of events

Pros: The check in staff
Cons: The temperature of the breakfast food and coffee needs to be hotter the car parking needs to be improved. The chair in the room and bedside lamp
Location: Olympic Park
As mentioned earlier Sydney was busy with a number of events and the hotel staff were extremely busy. The breakfast buffet food was not to hot. I had to wait ages to get a cold cup of coffee. I feel that there may be other establishments which are better value for money. The car parking was extremely full. The check out staff were extremely busy.

Pros: my meeting the next day was at the hotel
Cons: Meeting room facilities good, but contact details for hotel staff could have been provided before the meeting commenced not half way through
2 rooms booked. Hotel full. One of us got an upgrade and one of us got the accessible room. Huge difference. The check in area small, so when several people were checking in or out it got crowded quickly.

Perfect location for our travel purposes!

Joe was an absolute angel - from the moment he greeted us, until the time we checked out - nothing was a problem. The motel tself was superb - comfortable bed, spacious room, well appointed amenities and perfectly located for our travel purposes.
