So much to love about the Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbor! Location, location, location! Right near Circular Quay ferry access as well as Circular Quay trains/trams. Beautiful location right on Sydney Harbor with views of the Sydney Harbor Bridge. Staff were exceptional friendly, helpful and welcoming!

This hotel was suitable for a single night pre cruise, and was clean enough. We just found the furnishings and paintwork very tired and in need of a thorough revamp. The balcony and views overlooking the cruise terminal on the other hand was first class.

Huge disappointment. Our bathroom completely flooded after showering because there was a huge gap at the bottom of the door. They had no solution for us. The dryer was broken. Room was dated and very underwhelming. We paid on average 900 aud for this crappy room. How is that a five star hotel?

Stunning Hotel

Great location. The property itself is getting tired. The pool are is in desperate need of attention. Many missing pool tiles, rusty ceiling vents. Concrete falling out of the stairs. Breakfast is not a buffet. The pull out sofa bed for our daughter was very uncomfortable. The location is this hotel’s saving grace. For the price bracket we would stay elsewhere in future. Definitely not on par with the Four Seasons or Shangri La.

Wonderful Hotel
Our stay was wonderful. First, the “garden” in the “garden view room” was the Sydney Royal Botanical Garden, so that was amazing. On top of that, we could see the Sydney Opera House. The view was exceptional. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, and the restaurant was excellent for breakfast. We used the pool, and my 5 year old loved it. The location is excellent; you’re within walking distance of a number of attractions in Sydney, and right by public transit to get to even more. My only quibble, and it is a very minor one, is that some of the furniture and cabinetry seemed to be showing their age in the room. But as I said, that is a minor quibble in what was a fantastic stay at a fantastic hotel.

It was our first time in Sydney and we are glad that we opted to stay at Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour Hotel. First of all the check-in experience is quick and efficient, guest service staff are very courteous. Most notably, I commend all the staff at Q Dining for making our breakfast experience memorable and perfect every morning. Superb customer service and top-notched staff. The view from our balcony room is an enviable site and seeing the harbour bridge and the harbour. The location is so perfect for getting around Sydney’s attractions. Our stay has been a memorable and unforgettable experience. My family will definitely stay again at Pullman when we come back to Sydney.

There were roaches in the bathroom - one or two, families. The shower/water never stayed warm - it was a lot of cold showers. 2 out of 3 nights, I wasn't able to order room service after 10 pm - on one night, no one even picked up the phone after holding for 5 minutes (and recalling). Half the service personnel care enough (managers), and the other half seem apathetic. The view is all that it has going for it, everything else seems like an old, poorly renovated condo (not a hotel).

Overall a fantastic stay -- everyone was helpful & the place is ideally located. There were some issues with card access, but the staff took care of anything right away. If I returned to Sydney, it will be my first choice for a hotel.
