Convenient Location

Big room. Helpful staff. Breakfast menu - limited and largely unchanged from day to day. Overall a pleasant stay.

非常ベル(火災)が夜中に鳴り、避難したがホテル側からの詳細な説明がなかった。その点ではサービスが行き届いているとは言い難い。

Great location near CBD

Pros: Very nice room, great location.
Cons: Hotel is supposedly five star but charges for WiFi access! Charging for Wifi is not okay these days and leaves a bad feeling. Why do hotels do this?
Location: Great restaurants, Botanic Gardens, museums etc.
We stayed one night and had a very nice time. Lovely room with a great view over Darlinghurst.

Comfortable hotel near park , city and transport

We enjoyed our stay at the Pullman Hyde Park. The staff in particular were exceptional, offering to help at every opportunity and greeting us with smiles. Room cleaning was regular and courteous and any request was met with friendly responses. Minor issues were dealt with very efficiently. Shame the cafe was not open for longer hours as the restaurant produced great meals. The hotel is well situated for access to the airport and the city. Public transport made travel to Bondi, Manly and other tourist spots easily accessible. A really good week!

部屋もロビーも朝食も素晴らしく、快適に過ごせました。オペラハウスなどの観光スポットにも近く、歩いていくことができ便利でした。電車も利用しましたが、駅にも近く良かったです。

Stayed on an executive floor with access to club liynge for breakfast. Only 4 in there, very quiet and relaxing way to start the day.

落ち着いていて移動にも便利!

街の喧騒から離れて、ゆっくり落ち着いた雰囲気。でも、駅にも近くて移動にも便利。 1日20ドルで、WiFi、アーリーチェックイン、部屋のアップグレードを提案してくれた。 その説明が英語で、容赦ないスピード。外国人観光客への気づかいがイマイチか。 その他のスタッフは、「なにか手伝おうか」と配慮があり、良かった。
