Nice Location and thats about it

Pros: Location.
Cons: hHotel needs renovation as the rooms are showing the age.
Hotel is near major Sydney landmarks and close to all tourist attractions. Hotel needs some renovation as its showing the age. The breakfast buffet was good and staff were excellent and they even packed few snacks for our kids for the day.

Nice hotel in CBD

Cons: The sauna was not working during our stay.
Nice location: 15-minute walk from Darling Harbour ( Darling Harbour playground, Madam Tussauds Museum, Sealife Aquarium, Wildlife Zoo, ferry), 2 train stations from Circular Quay (Opera House and Harbour Bridge, ferry). Suitable for families with kids who visit Sydney with the purpose to relax and enjoy different attractions. The swimming pool could be a bit larger for such a hotel, but it is nice and clean. Polite staff, nice service.

Great stay!

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and had all the mod cons one would want. It was central to the main attractions and had a great rooftop pool. My only disappointment was that free wifi was not included within the price which I had to then pay for on check out, but other than that this hotel was fantastic.

Hotel with cockroach

We asked to change room after discovering a big cockroach wandering about around midnight & we were told they can just spray the room with us or our luggage there. They finally agreed to move us to another room but they were so short of staff no one managed to come & move our luggage for ages. We kept being told there were only 2 staff on duty for the night shift!!! We called the hotel manager the next morning to report the incident. She said she would follow up but when we asked for a discount she said she would come back to us & she never did. Overall, pretty disappointing service for a so called 5 star hotel. It seems to think that having cockroaches running around is just part of the "Sydney" experience.

Really good hotel, great location. Good value.

Pros: Location, cleanliness, friendly staff.
Cons: Pretty happy with what it is
Location: location great. Near Hyde Park, easy access to many tourist attractions.
Very happy with the hotel. Very convenient location, right on Hyde Park, easy walk to CBD, Circular Key and Opera House. Rooms very well presented, clean and good facilities. Staff very helpful and courteous. Purchased stay with Expedia flight booking and was good value. Would gladly stay again.

The pool

Love the Pullman hydepark. Staff were great. The bar, check in, house keeping all tip top. The pool was amazing. Loved the service at the pool bar and of course the view. Breakfast was the only let down. But evening drinks and snacks in the executive lounge were on point. Thank you.

great staff

Pros: Staff were great! it eas a friends birthday and they went the extra mile for her and gave her a cake on arrival
Cons: nothing to improve everything was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Pros: Very comfortable location surrounded by both shopping area and museums and the Hyde Park. Also nice restaurants near by
Cons: The location is perfect, quite and near everything. The staff are very helpful. The surroundings are unique compare to other hotels
