nice hotel but let down by staff and admin

Pros: the view and location - some staff were friendly but I ended up feeling second class
Cons: training for staff in communication, cultural awareness and how to use their own computer system
Location: very good
despite my organisation organising corporate credit card to pay for food and extras, and late check out because I was busy at a conference I was refused service and cash demanded for meals, and I was pulled out of my conference to clear my room and they wanted $35 per hour for any overstay DESPITE there own system recorded having all the preparations in place

Great central location overlooking Hyde Park.

Pros: Great central location and rooms with 2 double beds ideal for 2 adults and 2 children
Cons: Decor in the exec lounge is a little dated and needs replacing
Location: Central, views over Hyde Park, CBD, museums and parks all within walking distance.
Great rooftop pool which was popular with guests. Rooms were clean and tidy and housekeeping was very efficient. Enjoyed the pillow menu with 6 varieties to choose from. We had a room with 2 double beds for 2 adults and 2 children (under 12), so great for families. Executive lounge was a great quiet space and the evening canapes were sufficient, bar fridge and tea/coffee were well stocked. Overall a great hotel option for a central location in the CBD. Easy access to Bondi Junction, Eastern Suburbs or the Harbour Bridge

Nice hotel but falls down on detail

Cons: Better porterage.
Location: Close by Hyde Park, and a short walk to the main areas.
Overall this hotel is OK but falls down on a few things that took the shine off our stay. Concierge staff did not take our luggage from the taxi into the hotel, I had to load them on the trolley myself and wheel it into reception, the only hotel in Sydney were this happens said the taxi driver. Having got the luggage into the hotel, they were taken to my room promptly. My room was on the 21st floor and suffered from noise from the air conditioning machinery above. Had I been staying more than 1 night I would have asked to change. The reception staff gave conflicting information; one told me I had to check out by 11:00, but when I booked a taxi for 13:00, a different person said there was no problem about extending check-out time.

Great location for cafes, restaurants and bar life. Friendly staff who made the stay even nicer. Would stay here again any day.

Great service and wonderfully comfortable bed.

After a long day in Sydney it was fantastic to come back to the comfort and cleanliness of the Pullman. The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived to checking out. We will definitely stay again.

Nice Location and thats about it

Pros: Location.
Cons: hHotel needs renovation as the rooms are showing the age.
Hotel is near major Sydney landmarks and close to all tourist attractions. Hotel needs some renovation as its showing the age. The breakfast buffet was good and staff were excellent and they even packed few snacks for our kids for the day.

Nice hotel in CBD

Cons: The sauna was not working during our stay.
Nice location: 15-minute walk from Darling Harbour ( Darling Harbour playground, Madam Tussauds Museum, Sealife Aquarium, Wildlife Zoo, ferry), 2 train stations from Circular Quay (Opera House and Harbour Bridge, ferry). Suitable for families with kids who visit Sydney with the purpose to relax and enjoy different attractions. The swimming pool could be a bit larger for such a hotel, but it is nice and clean. Polite staff, nice service.
