Perfect position for a city hotel!

Pros: location
Cons: The luggage guy with the pony tail could be a bit more courteous
Location: 5/7 min walk to pit street mall, 10/15 min walk to Opera house, train station and bus station right at doorstep. 5 min bus ride to Paddington
We stayed at the Pullman for 6 days and it couldn't have been more perfectly located, 5 minute short walk to Pitt street mall through the gorgeous Hyde Park and a bus stop (you can buy an opal card at the 7/11 next to hotel) just round the corner to take a direct trip to Bondi, Paddington etc. The hotel is close by some great restaurants and coffee shops. The food quality in the hotel was good and staff very welcoming, a perfect hotel for family! Those who need sim cards whilst there, across the road on Oxford street there are a couple of stores, as you can see you can get straight into your holiday without wasting time just getting set up with bus cards/mobile sims etc. Also to mention for those who need to hire a car there is a Europa car rental office on the ground floor of the hotel. The only thing I would suggest to the hotel is the perfume they have in the lobby is a bit strong, its like walking into a Abercrombie and Fitch shop which after a while gave us adults a head ache! Thanks again Pullman Hyde Park for a great stay!

Pros: Central and clean
Cons: Lighting in bathroom could be better for makeup but everything else was good
The hotel was central to everything good hotel rooms were large and had everything you need.

Pros: View from room was amazing. Classy foyer, good gym and pool/spa area. appreciated house keeping. Comfy bed. Location to city/CBD/
Cons: TV remote very difficult to use and change channels. Coffee cups way too small. Two easy chairs would be better than one. One chair was wobbly.
Location: Very handy to all amenities and we were able to walk everywhere.
Visiting from NZ for long weekend and felt we made a good choice in hotel. Would definitely stay again.

nice hotel but let down by staff and admin

Pros: the view and location - some staff were friendly but I ended up feeling second class
Cons: training for staff in communication, cultural awareness and how to use their own computer system
Location: very good
despite my organisation organising corporate credit card to pay for food and extras, and late check out because I was busy at a conference I was refused service and cash demanded for meals, and I was pulled out of my conference to clear my room and they wanted $35 per hour for any overstay DESPITE there own system recorded having all the preparations in place

Great central location overlooking Hyde Park.

Pros: Great central location and rooms with 2 double beds ideal for 2 adults and 2 children
Cons: Decor in the exec lounge is a little dated and needs replacing
Location: Central, views over Hyde Park, CBD, museums and parks all within walking distance.
Great rooftop pool which was popular with guests. Rooms were clean and tidy and housekeeping was very efficient. Enjoyed the pillow menu with 6 varieties to choose from. We had a room with 2 double beds for 2 adults and 2 children (under 12), so great for families. Executive lounge was a great quiet space and the evening canapes were sufficient, bar fridge and tea/coffee were well stocked. Overall a great hotel option for a central location in the CBD. Easy access to Bondi Junction, Eastern Suburbs or the Harbour Bridge
