The property is run down and not anywhere near the 4.5 star it states on Expedia. When going from reception to the lifts, the carpets are all stained and very old. The staff member at check in was complaining about another staff member, even saying 'I hate her' when they noted a mistake on my file. It was an easy fix and I was not upset at it, however his response was uncomfortable, at best. The apartment was spacious but run down. The carpet tiles on the floor had gaps in the bedroom. The sheet on the bed was put on sideways and didn't reach the edge of the bed under the pillows, let alone wrap under the mattress, so I had to strip the bed and remake it. In doing that, I noticed there's no mattress protector and the mattress was stained. The stove in the kitchen worked but no ability to tell how hot we were setting it at as all the markings around the stove top knobs was worn off. The knobs themselves were grimey and felt gross to the touch. The bathroom didn't appear to be too bad but when showering, I noticed there were a number of body hairs from previous guests stuck to the roof. It hadn't been cleaned well. Lastly, when plugging in a cord to the wall socket behind the TV unit, we noticed the entire antenna connection, and plastic bracket it fits in, was hanging entirely out of the wall. This didn't seem safe and left a hole in the wall. I would not recommend this property at all.

Water of the shower was cold, dark in the hotel (no light in the elevator in the morning, among others). Had to pay 10$ for a shuttle that was 30 minutes late and I needed to call to obtain it although I had booked it.
