Nice hotel

Great hotel with nice and attentive staff ! Good location since it is really closed to Circular Quay, convenient for taking ferry and visit surrounding areas : Taronga zoo, Manly, Watsons bay..

Great Location

Stayed for one night good location walking distance to circular key and darling harbour. Choose this as went down for bridge climb and was excellent for this activity. Have stayed at the Sofitel and Marriott which are close by and this is on par with room size and quality. Bathroom was quite good at the Radisson. Sofitel and Marriott would have views of the Harbour if you are after this. Radisson is not as tall so not sure if you would get a room with a view.

Stayed for 4 nights, find it a top notch hotel in every way - service, location, room size, convenience Didn't try and food though but drinks were great

Made a mistake in our room booking so upgraded us to business class.......very grateful....very comfortable room....excellent staff....

Clean rooms, great service and great location.

Pros: Everything
Cons: Pillows( would love to have a firm pillow but that is just a personal preference)
Location: close to Circular quay ferry terminal, train station and for buses to any where. Close to Pitt street for shopping.
We were allowed to check in early and there were no questions asked, great service. Check in process was very easy. Rooms were really clean and comfortable. Staff at the business lunge were great. Location is great too. Check out was smooth as well.

Very average stay

We were in a room on mezzanine level - no view at all. Room was next door to housekeeping and other hotels services. Very very basic for the price
