Right in the rocks, great for circular quay

We had an apartment as we had two children aged 5 and 3 with us - it was much bigger than expected with views of the opera house and bridge from our balcony Kitchen has two cooking rings microwave toaster and kettle and basic equipment There's a communal laundry and a small gym (treadmill rowing machine and 3/4 weight machines) For the price it exceeded our expectations Only downside is that it's advertised for four but the price is for two so you pay a supplement for additional roll out beds for the kids which go in the lounge (there was still plenty of space) The staff really make this place, they are so friendly and helpful

Fantastic location,wonderful staff ,large rooms

Pros: Location and large rooms
Cons: Bathrooms need a bit of work
Location: Central in the rocks..perfect location.close to transport,the quay,bridge,opera house..even walked around to Darling Harbour..just PERFECT
The rooms are a little aged...but very clean and large.The staff were amazing and friendly.Had the best time ...convenient location..just GReAT

Great stay!

We really appreciated the large and quiet room. It saved us quite a bit of money having a kitchen as we were traveling for an extended time. The beds were comfy and sitting area good. The room is so large the tv is a little far away for optimal viewing but we weren't there to watch t.v. The pool area was very nice and we appreciated the free coffees in the morning! Only negative was the kitchen facilities( countertop) had some water damage and definitely need a Reno for visual appearances(everything worked properly). The room was clean except for the air vents and some clippings in bathroom. Very dirty with hand prints all over ceiling near vents. That is your first impression of room but everything else was spotless. The area is very nice for hopping on ferry or exploring anywhere downtown it's a bit out of the main cbc so nicer feel to streets. Would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Location and professional staff.
Cons: Cleanliness of bath/shower area.
Location: Short walk to Circular Quay, Opera House, Harbour Bridge.
The excellent service provided by the staff made our first family holiday a pleasant experience.

Excellent location in The Rocks

Pros: Location, location, location!!! Whilst it is in the Rocks, which is very busy, there was no problem with noise.
Cons: I thought the air conditioning vents needed a good clean.
Location: As I said previously location was perfect and walking distance to many attractions.
We were very pleased with our Studio Apartment, which was quite spacious. I personally loved having the kitchen area. The location is just perfect, very close to Circular Quay and many other attractions are within walking distance. Plenty of great places to have a drink and a wide variety of cafés/restaurants and hotels.

Great Location in Old Sydney

Pros: Nice room, with adequate closet space and, for a change, all the hangers we needed. Access was quick and easy.
Cons: Computer access so guests can check in and print boarding passes, preferably for free. Simpler Wi-Fi access. A change machine in the Laundry Room.
Location: Location is the best thing about this hotel. interesting and excellent restaurants, museums, tours and destinations. Sydney Opera is a short walk.
A week before, we had stayed in Sydney at an apartment hotel near Liverpool Street. This was a very different experience in a very different neighborhood. We really enjoyed walking around and exploring. The room was clean and pleasant, with adequate facilities. I was disappointed with the cumbersome computer software I had to wrangle to check-in to my airline. Similarly, the instructions in the room for Wi-Fi access were totally useless. The staff was somewhat helpful, but not entirely on top of the problems. It was incongruous in today's wired world, where a small investment would bring the hotel into the twenty-first century. I would have put this below, but 150 words was inadequate. Another example of stinting on technology.

great spot close to circular quay

Pros: location
Location: just more knowledge of places to go to dinner - not just the local Asian one! Needs to know of local pubs and other types of resturants available..
As I had turn 50 - on 18-4 a bottle of wine with a label wishing me a happy birthday on it packed in a display box with a birthday balloon attached which was in our room after we had returned back to our room after dinner, which was a lovely jester. many thanks
