Good location but poor room view.

I stayed 4 night with this hotel, but they gave me the street view room facing the old buildings and was quite scary feel like haunted house in night. Totally not as what i have expected from online pics shown. STAFF REFUSED TO CHANGE MY ROOM, NEED TO PAY ADDITIONAL COST TO UPGRADE ROOM. kindly of disappointing.

Pros: Loved it being within walking distance of most sights
Staff were more than helpful and very polite. Hotel facilities very good.

Fab location with opera house view from our balcony. Staff were exceptionally helpful when we arrived really early. Room comfort & cleanliness was good. A re decoration programme is underway & thus will bring it up to top notch in sure.

Boutique hotel close to Circular Quay

Pros: Location
This hotel is the perfect place to stay, walking distance to just about everything or a short ferry ride to King St Wharf & Darling Harbour. If staying on the weekend you have The Rocks markets practically at your doorstep.

Good location but ?

Pros: Location
Cons: Double glazing in older section reduce outside sounds.
Location: The best spot to explore sydney with the ferries , trains and walks . A cruise ship was in port the time we stayed. Good eateries
We were given an up grade but it was more of a down grade . Booked a studio which would have been higher and possibly with a view in the new part but the up grade was bigger an quaint and right by the road with a manhole every car drove over.double glazing would have made our stay more comfortable ,less noise.

Amazing location

My partner and I had a great stay at this hotel. We had a view of the opera house and the facilities in the hotel are great too. We used the sauna and spa as it was cold and we had spent all day on open top buses around the city. The only annoying thing was 2 cleaning staff members knocking and letting themselves in our room at 9am when check out was at 11, literally 1 knock, 2 second gap and they was in. 2 different members in the space of 10 minutes. Otherwise highly recommended!
