Really great. We were even upgraded. Great room service. Breakfast buffet yummy.

Room was nice, bathroom needed updating.

Hotel was easy to check into however it is a bit of a trek up a hill from the station. Had no issues with the beds and area was quiet however the bathroom needed updating there was a few issues there

Quiet environment and the room is clean. Right next door to SAP office. Arrived in the evening and taxi driver couldn't locate the entrance to the hotel. Use SAP office as landmark

Cons: Needs updating
The hotel needs updating, we were very happy about our room upgrade. Also the breakfast needs a revamp.

There are only 2 rooms with a walk in shower, all the rest has a bath to climb over. beds are too soft. The TV reception is of vary poor quality the Foxtel channels especially. Rooms are out dated.

Good value

We were very happy with staff at the hotel. We arrived at 11.00 am to check in and a room was ready for us. We found the bathroom to be a bit 'tired' looking and the bedding felt damp. Other than that we were happy with our stay.

Not much to say!

This hotel is hidden away off the street and isn't easy to find. Once at the hotel, the decor is very dark and gloomy! Desperately needs a refurb and is overpriced. The only positive was a comfy bed.
