Hotel was in a good location close to train stations, staff were awesome, very friendly staff, arrived early room wasn't ready did early check in, held luggage went shopping and received text message when room was available luggage was waiting in room when I got back, could use a new mattress but would stay there again.

Convenient

A little out dated in style/furniture in rooms. No free parking which is a massive shame. Otherwise staff and Club Lounge access were the highlight. Convenient location for our trip.

Nice hotel and very good customer service

Pros: Awesome Service
Cons: The Hotel Cleaners need to be more observant of small details. Example, the tissue paper was not replace until i request for it.
Location: Walkable distance to circular Quay
The doorman greet us every time we return back to hotel. There was a staff to assist us to check out at 5am at the deck which really surprise me. I thought i will have to slot in my keys at the check out box. Furthermore, we forgot and left some items in the safe when we check out. The hotel staff was quick to react after our call. The staff called a cab to deliver the items to the airport before our departure time. I'm very thankfully that the staff were able to react quickly in the early morning.

Excellent position

Pros: Just about everything.
Cons: I think the breakfast was overpriced for the offerings and quality.
Location: The Botanical Gardens, Circukar Quay, The Rocks, and Shopping, shopping, shopping.
The Sofitel is so close to everything in the city of Sydney it makes it a winner!

20mins walk from Chinatown and main shopping area, rooms are too small especially the bathroom

Customer service was excellent. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great location and we didn't want to leave.

ホテルのスタッフの方達は丁寧で、早めにチェックインの対応を頂いたり、助かりました。 しかし部屋がエレベーターのすぐ側で、壁が薄いのか夜中も動いてる音や止まる音が鳴り響き、廊下を歩く人達の声が聞こえてくる為、全くゆっくり寝れませんでした。 部屋にチェーンも無く不安な鍵だけで、かつバスタブも無く、5つ星の雰囲気はロビーだけに感じました。

Great Hotel close to the city Short walk

Pros: Friendly staff and great atmosphere Close to the city but far enough away from the crowds Able to relax
Cons: Menu could be more flexibke
Location: Short walk to city Good shopping on the walk Into town Great restaurants and not too far from Circular Quay
Huge variety of restaurants within walking distance Hotel is a good environment both in the rooms and within the complex Foyer very enjoyable to sit and watch all the action around you Club floor extremely good would recommend upgrading as well worth while

Noisy rooms. Don't stay here

The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff are friendly and polite. The massive issue with this hotel is noise. Not from outside but from inside. The doors are so inadequate as sound barriers. You hear everything. Throughout the night we were awoken by people we thought were trying to get into our room. Turned out to be people across the hallway or next door. This happened often. You can hear everything from the hallway in the room. It woke me up all night. Especially guests leaving early. The plumbing and equipment can be heard through the walls. Rattling and banging. I woke up everyday before 4am. There are nicer and more quiet hotels in the same location. The Sofitel wentworth looks good but it isn't. Don't stay here.
