Great location.

We couldn't find any fault with our stay .we had a club room which was fine but gave us access to the club lounge which great.All the staff we encountered couldn't do enough. Only negative is i've been back home for seven days now and not received credit for none used room charges.

일단 시드니에서 지어진지 좀 된 호텔이라 그런지 접근성에서 매우 좋았다 달링하버니 오페라하우스에서도 가깝고 버스나 지하철도 근거리에 있다. 그리고 객실도 매우 깨끗하게 관리되어 더없이 만족스러웠다

Nice hotel in the city center

Pros: Breakfast, amenities of the bathroom
Cons: To write to the bottle of mieral water in the room, what does it costs. The coffee/ tea maker in the hotel room was amenity, we didn't know that free
Location: We would highly recommend to visit the Library of NSW and its free exhibitions, the Royal Botanical Garden and the Hyde Park with St. Marys Cathedrale
The Hotel located in the city center, in short walking distancre from the main sights. The staff was friendly and helpful, when we changed the room due to noices of elevator. The breakfast was magnifinet, with very nice nuts, breads, smoothies, home-made yoghurts and warm dishes.It's Coffee mashine is not the best, because needs some knowledge to use such a machine.Elderly people didn't know that, and it took a time (thrid morning) until we knew how does it work (what type of coffee will we get). In the whole hotel after entering into the lobby was a very good fragrant, which was dominate in the entire hotel.Last but not least we would highly recommend to visit the Library of NSW and its free exhibitions, the Royal Botanical Garden and the Hyde Park with St.Mary Cathedral in the vicinity of the hotel.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und ein Fenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Daher hat es im Zimmer sehr muffig gerochen.

This hotel was only minutes walk from anywhere you would need to be in Sydney. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly.

Unhelpful staff, outdated hotel

Very unhelpful staff throughout our stay. Our room upon arrival didn't have the cot that was booked and smelt of cigarettes. We asked to move and were begrudgingly moved to the room next door which also smelt. This took an hour and staff had to be asked four times during this time as to what was happening. It was late at night after a long day of travel and our baby needed to go to sleep. The cot was finally delivered to the new room but left for us to set up - no help from staff. No additional towel was provided for our son, this had to be requested each day as was taken but not replaced during cleaning. Room was very small and very outdated. Also noisy as door to balcony didn't seal properly. We weren't granted a late check out upon request a few days ahead of check out and couldn't get a trolley to help wth bags when attempting to check out. Very rude staff, won't stay again.

No order to check in. 15 minutes. Room not ready. "Come back later". Another 15 minute wait. Room smells of air-freshener. TV had no sound.
